    Hybrid jumps are jumps where belly fliers have freefliers docked on them whether it be sitflys or standflys. You have to have a fast fall rate for these to be successful. I have to arch really, really hard......but the speed is incredible.

    Myopathic pain - damn near every muscle although more pronounced in the proximal muscles Left & Right torn Rotator Cups Knees from many, many years of running Mid-back to neck - constant Finger & knuckles - from dislocations and breaks Hip joints Right collar bone........from dislocation Etc, etc.
