Taurus has come a long, long ways...........if I needed a revolver, I wouldn't have a problem with buying and owning one. Having said that, I'm very partial to the S&W line of revolvers........particulary the 686.

Until eight years ago, I ran anywhere from five to seven miles - every other day - apart from Army PT..............man, the weight just stayed off and I ate anything I wanted. As for your shins, "invest" in a good pair of running shoes.......did wonders for my shins. Keep up the good work.

Thanks... I didn't want to be a non-deployable broke dick just taking oxygen, a billet, and a space on a company roster. So I waived my future benefits to being medically retired in favor of just finishing my time honorably..... A true rarity these days.......speaks volumes of both your character and values.

This is the last I'll speak of it, but this guy was an extremely close friend of mine.................I didn't agree with what he was doing, but believe me when I say that it worked for him. After spending most of my career in line units, I was involved with the piss testing at DIVARTY level when assigned at higher HQ's......I know. Even though we were close, he knew I would never compromise the integrity of the entire process because it would be my career. I cannot go back and change the experience......that's what happened.

Seen it work in the service.............a guy in my unit who I swore was going to piss hot sooner or later (a steady toker) swore on and consumed massive amounts of GS..........never, never pissed hot.

Just awful...........upbringing or lack thereof doesn't dismiss the fact these kids made a choice. As a result of that choice, the surviving kid should be soley responsible and accountable. I'm so glad they found the elderly gentleman........amazing given his condition.
