Hey there Skybytch. Glad to hear you made it safe. How long did it take you? No we did not have video but those of us on the dive do not have anything to prove. The little woman worked hard and deserves the credit. the three of us were very impressed with the dive. As a matter of fact we all looked at the alti's b/c we figured we had to be getting low. That is how smooth the dive went. Just remember where the cig butts go!

Once again I have to shout out an accomplishment of a new individual in the sport. On Saturday September 13 SkydiveNFlorida(Angela) did a 16-Point 4-Way with only 29 Jumps. We went out on a 4-Way that went bust and the little lady was discouraged. I was able to convice her to give it one more try and erveything went beautiful. The exit came off clean and the smile was on! You have never seen someone smile so much. That dive changed her whole attitude and made her day. It also had me very happy for her. This young woman has some definite potential. I hope I get to watch her grow into the sport. Allrighty everyone. Let's give this young lady some attention for a job well done.

That is the lesson you learn about attaching things to your belt or pants. It could have been worse. One time I was utilizing the toilet while at Dril and my room key went into the toilet. I had to do the dreaded reach for it. My bud was giving me shit about never shaking my hand again so I used my left hand. Even when it is your own it is disgusting. YUK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been hearing of too many people having hard openings. I was just wondering if ya'll are packing these hard opening yourself or what the case is? Here are a few from the form in recent weeks who have had hard opening and the result. LadySkydiver: Hard opening. Result VanillaSkyGirl: Hard Opening. Result- Larry: Hard Opening. Result All I am wondering is are ya'll packing for yourselves? If so are you positive that you are doing it exactly the same every time? I am not tooting my own hor but I have packed for myself since coming off student status. I ahve not had a hard opening since 95. That was right after I bought my first rig and was not very good at packing. I was just curious. If you are not packing for yourself I suggest either start or get a new packer. These are some seriously hard openings. One's that could possibly hurt you seriously or even worse take you out. I look forward to the comments. Thank you. I do not find it odd. What actually constitutes your home state? I was born in another state but claim Florida as my home state. Once again I guess I have never moved because I was in the military and never gave up my Florida Residency. You sure could have fooled me though because there Damn sure was no Fairy that moved my shit from installation to installation. Is your friend on this forum? If not please let them look at this. I want that fairy to move my shit! Anyway, As I said I do not find it odd. I mean honestly I doubt I would ever leave Florida. There are many people I went to H.S. with who have not left the state. If you like where you are and things are good why would you leave? Vacations are meant for those places you want to see. I believ it is your friend who is strange in their belief. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I have had this happen more than once. Unfortunately I have banged my skull more than a few times with all the different things I like to do. I can totally relate with the symptoms. As matter of fact I still get frequent headaches(Migraines is what most would call them) but my pain tolerance is pretty high. I will admit though that the pain is so intense that it makes my eyes water. I guess this only stands to reason as I have had more concussions than Steve Young or Troy Aikemen. The really bad thing is that once you have one they can come more frequently from ther head being banged. I had Six from 98' to 99'. Definitely not a good couple of years for me. I have definitely noticed issues with concentration. I am trying to finish my Accounting Degree but the brain does not want to co-operate. I have a hard time remembering the topics on tests. I cannot sit and study for long periods of time. It is really frustrating. I guess for me it is the price I have to pay for being so wild and taking the chances that I do. One thing is for sure I am definitely having fun before I bump the noggin. I wish I could give you some good advice but unfortunately I cannot. Just get some rest and try not to do too much is about all I can say. Definitely do not Jump!!! I have done it and got lucky. Yes, I cannot believe the losses in the entertainment world. So many people are passing on unexpectedly these days. I hope everyone remember this and keeps their family very close. Especially the older members of your family. Sometimes when great icons of the American film industry pass on it really hits them. Just make sure you are there to help them through.
