ha ha ha... yeah exactly. My guess is it's a frickin' story. Get your facts straight before posting crap... Ya see, that's the whole point of my post. He's not a BASE jumper, THEREFORE he wasn't there... get it? Not that he CAN't post b/c he's not a BASE jumper, because he doesn't know the real story. But then again, it is a DZ. Hey Jim, nice post! With all do respect you have no business posting this. A) you are not a BASE jumper, and therefore probably do not know the crew. B) and this is obviously all hearsay, you certainly were NOT there. And so from this post I can conclude 1 - 3 things: 1) you obviously have some kind of hatred towards the jumper you continuously slander throughout the post and/or: 2) your intention was to alarm/aggravate the jumper's girlfriend to get her angry and/or ruin her vacation and/or: 3) cause drama between the couple. How about you mind your own business?? Oh no, I forgot... this is a dropzone. Maybe that's not capable for you. nope sorry Jaap.... not coming this year. Unfourtunately I have a work meeting I need to attend... In Prague I'll be spending a couple weeks over there (Amsterdam & Warsaw too) playing with smokestacks and A's, and oh yeah, giving a presentation hehehe... all free too. nice eh?? woO HoO! It will take some time to heal enough to jump again... and even more time to heal enough to not feel it all the time. I chipped L4 when I was younger... I remember the pain of just trying to sit in those hard chairs in school (it always seemed to perfectly hit the sore spot on the chair backs). Anyhow, any injury you have will eventually end up haunting you for life... as you get older you'll start to feel it more, like when it rains, etc. Just glad you're ok. Make sure you get it checked out, and get an ok before you decide to jump again. you got very lucky, don't risk hurting it even more by doing things before it's ready. Take care Jamie...
