I'm trying to figure out which part of your post made two ads for lawn care pop up in the Google ads.

My first reaction was "no, that's not appropriate/that would be mean" but then I realized that I'm back to thinking like a woman! That would be a "man" thing to do, wouldn't it! Would doing that help move my application along quicker??? But even if you give it to me then immediately revoke it, at least I can say I had it temporarily, which is the point of my application! I'm okay with this! This is further proof that he's being the woman then! That's such a round about way to tell someone something like that. That's akin to a woman thinking her message is clear when she says "those flowers are beautiful" when she's really saying "you're a fucking cheap bastard for never buying me flowers!" Shouldn't he just be a man and tell me my ass is big, if that is indeed what he's trying to say?? While you do show promise in being able to hold a temporary Man Card, this one statement shows either that you are not ready or you are use to dealing with really stupid men. No man in his right mind would say something like that unless he was ready to be done with your ass, no matter what size it is.

Do you often pick your DZs by their proximity to a hosipital? I would recommend Skydive Greene County in Xenia

Good points Andy.Let me tell everyone a store. When I started jumping it was in Thomaston back when Mike and Dawn Powell owned Skydive Atlanta. A better time if you ask me but that is a whole other story. It was a time when people pitched in to help,cleaned up after themselves and had a little respect for their "home" DZ. Most importantly people respected other peoples property. There was a couple there that had a private frig in the hanger. They kept food items in it as they had two kids that came to the DZ every weekend(well behaved kids I might add) and they wanted the kids to be able to eat when they wanted to. Do you know how they kept people out of that frig? Well at a DZ you must be thinking a big Master lock on the door,a chain that wrapped around the thing a couple of times, an alarm system with a electric fence charger attached. None of the above. There was a sign on the front that said "Private Refrigerator Keep Out". Oh yeah, they kept beer in it also and I never once saw Perry or Michele go to the frig and find that the beer they had left there the previous weekend was gone. How many could expect to do the same now at your DZ? It is a sad state today. Today you can't leave a cooler sitting by itself or keep stuff locked up in your own camper and expect it to be there when you return.

Does not matter how much beer is bought if there are people there all week long to drink it. They had the same problem in Thomaston when the hanger turned into an apartment complex. In my opinion,people living at the DZ is a bad idea because eventually they take on the attitude that it is their place and the regular jumpers are invading their home on the weekends. I have seen this at several DZs

Oh my gosh! Not those non pro-rated guys! Everyone knows they don't know shit from shinola, and couldn't land properly if they had the whole area all to themselves! Ohhh Nooo! The they I was referring to would be the lawyers, Nascar and or the track owners. It's not like this would be a low profile jump. I am well aware that there are non pro rated jumpers that are capable of doing a jump like this but thank you for letting your online persona shine through.

No, I would not tell them and if you are ever injured and can get to the dr. on your own I would not tell them then either.

Sounds like your grandfather has many issues with everyone. Disowned a daughter, grand daughter and a mother.I would not waste time on someone like this.Why would you worry about a relationship with a person like this. Life is too short.

Looks like I have a bit of a different take on this. You should not go out of a since of obligation. You should go only if you think it will do you some good. You have had no obligation to this person since the day you were "disowned".I personally would ask myself if this was some friend that I had the same history with would I go see them after all of this. The only other reason would be if you intent to try to mend things with your mother or the rest of the family. This might be a stepping stone for that. Good luck with all of this.
