Might I suggest, merely suggest, that you make a rule that the tent is for packing only. Which means no storing of your gear bag, your cooler, your pets. Nothing but packing weights, if needed. That will need to be the case. If you need alot of personal space you are going to either need to rent a private tent or bring and setup your own. Also, the building will be restricted during the day to Registration/ticket sales, the tandem/packing concession and the Carbones serving area. In the evening it will be open for socializing.

Packing Cathy will have staff there and I'm sure there will be a few others. I would guess they would be charging whatever the going rate is

Hans, It would be a big help if you could get a could of the ones that don't frequent this site. Just to help me with planning of packing area and such. Remind everyone that private packing tents can be rented. I'll have to tract down the prices but they should be about the same a when we were in Dublin. I will be getting a large tent open to everyone.
