Read the article again. The plan was a starting point. It kept the Taliban at the table. Even Pompeo said (quoted in the article) that they were going to demand that the Taliban start coming through with the stipulations. Biden didnt enforce that.

Trump was in charge when he came up with HIS plan that Bidedn didnt follow. Ask SEC DEF Miller. OR - are you saying that Biden is incapable of independent thought, and had to ride on Trumps coat tails the best he could, and this is the result we ended up with?

But nowhere in that article did anyone disagree with it as you say they did.

I will at least admit that it is a remote possibility. However unlikely if you take Trumps personality and tendancies into account. His actions line up exactly as what i would expect from him. The tendency for Biden to act as he did, fucking up the whole ordeal, is what I expect from him.
