You are missing the entire point of the show... ...and of M-Theory. In order to have the same Constitution, but with the second amendment a complete 180, if it is written as the OP stated, there has to be a how and when of the change to get to the world you "see", or this is a dumb thread and Sliders has nothing to do with it. Maybe a gang of schizophrenics and some bipolar patriots bombarded the Convention, not wanting a new Constitution... and all else remanded the same, but that's how all the other principles remained, but not firearms.

However, once that gag order came to light, two years after the August 2011 proceedings, the company told reporters it did not agree with Swetz's comments. "We don't believe the settlement applies to children," a Range Resources spokesman told the Gazette. Just as pointless of an article as in my thread. That would be a good result. Unfortunately the lawyer previously said "I guess our position is it does apply to the whole family. We would certainly enforce it,". Hopefully the kids can forget about it and move on making the question moot. Which was their response, to that lawyer's statement... Last I checked, the company, gets to decide if they enforced it or not... not the lawyer(s).

Not because I'm a supported, and not just because. Its not a "non-point"... the article says nothing; and the article in the OP shows no ground water contamination. This government is shutting down the coal industry... NG does not have the government by the balls. If Obama wanted to, they could kill NG just like they are killing coal... yet again, the EPA, who is killing coal, is not killing NG; though the private land aspect helps a ton. Therefore, with no facts, the likely problem with your gag order, is someone fucked up. That does not mean that fracking is unsafe, nor should be stopped. However depending on the fuck up, lessons need to be learned and/or issues fixed.

That fracking is not as safe as supporters like to think it is. Some energy companies go to great lengths to silence people who suffer from their lack of responsibility. You have now stated how you feel (what you have posted does not support those feelings); using articles that have definitely leaned the answers toward safe, than less safe. Where I feel better about fracking, given everything that has been said here, than before I even started the thread. All while everyone making arguments, like yourself, are jumping around from issue to issue, not answering the next stages of logical questions(per each individual issue), and not finishing arguments. This settlement story has no substance. It does not even come close to showing that the practice of fracking is unsafe, nor safe... likely, someone fucked up. Likely it was an above ground fuck up.
