My most expensive speeding ticket was driving home from the DZ after my graduation jump from AFF. Yep, I got bit by the bug REALLY hard when I first started jumping. Everytime I would get in the car after skydiving (and I already am a "fast" driver) I would be like Jesus people, you are slow. Don't you know the speed limit is 120? Needless to say my ticket was $289 and the cop was being fairly cool when he only wrote me up for going 95 mph. Roy Bacon: "Elvises, light your fires." Sting: "Be yourself no matter what they say."

Girlfriend ... My list is way too long to fit it all in here ... But one of my goals is to jump in all 50 states ... I've already done the hang gliding thing ... I want to be able to look back on my life at 90 and say, I swam and SCUBA dove every ocean, visited most of the world, raised my daughter to become the most amazing woman, teach her to become the best skydiver and raise her to become the best female fighter pilot like her Papa would have wanted, BASE jump twice, once off of the New River Gorge Bridge and once off Angel Falls, eat metric tons of lobster, shrimp, crab and oysters and just live the GOOD life. Work hard and Play even Harder!!! Be a DZ Bum for a year and travel to New Zealand and Australia one winter to work instructing Skydiving and SCUBA, get my pilot's license to fly, own a home that I can visit anytime I want in a tropical far off land, have at least 2-3 interesting careers and just Kick Ass and live life to the fullest! Oh and I agree with Sunshine, definitely dive and swim with Dolphins. But I want to swim with Orcas too. I've done sharks and whale sharks ... OMG, Riglet??? Well thanks Skybeergodd and everyone else ... Lesson #1: Unless you are absolutely SURE about the fact that you're relationship CAN and WILL survive, never teach your girlfriend/boyfriend to be a rigger!!!! I knew that was true for AFF but I just realized it is true for even things on the ground. Kelly did an awesome job of teaching me how to rig but yes, there was blood, sweat and tears. Thanks Honey, I meant it when I said you ARE my hero. To answer Buckleme, all the seal symbols started with UB so it was a matter of what will I be? I went for UBJ because I B Jen. I asked Tom when he showed me the seal letters, I B A Rigger??? All I could do was jump up and down and yell out Whooooooo Hoooooooo! And yes, as Kelly said, if your rig has the seal symbols UBJ, be scared .... Be very scared ...... Naaaaa, it will be All Good because I pack my reserves the same way I packed all mains. There are so many to choose from but I think my top "studliest" vote would go to Indiana Jones in The Raiders of the Lost Ark. It had been a while since I watched it and after just recently seeing parts of it again, I was just like Damn, Indiana Jones is a stud. I think Mel Gibson in Braveheart would get my second vote. Yeah, sort of reminds me of Romeo and Juliet, romantic but not in a good way. The saddest thing is hearing in the note that they were so depressed. Suicide notes I think are the hardest things to read. I'll never be heartbroken if I never read another one again. LOL that is great. Hamburger Helper, Garlic bread and red wine. My mom is a food snob so she never fed me that stuff. (poor deprived me) It wasn't until I became a college student that I realized the yumminess of Hamburger Helper. And don't forget the Chef Boyaryoulazy. I just had some for lunch. Atkins Diet sucks and is sooooo bad for you. I remember when my ex went on it. It was such a pain because he couldn't eat anything except the probably worst foods in the world for you. It was like, what do you want to do for breakfast honey? Reply: Bacon and porkchops What do you want for dinner? Reply: Steak and it was all he ate. I can eat all the bacon I want and lose all this weight! In the meantime, you end up having a coronary or a heart attack from clogged arteries not to mention all the other yucky stuff that comes along with eating nothing but red meat. I'm sure you can eat other things in the Atkins diet but I always thought it was lame. You really want to lose weight? I would go to Queensland, Australia, become a SCUBA instructor and pursue my dream as a marine biologist. I don't even know you Chris but I read your posts online and you seem like a very sweet and funny guy. I have followed some of the posts on your surgery and just want to say that you are very brave. I could not imagine going through such an intense ordeal. Keep your spirits up and stay strong. You will come out better on the other side and 2005 will be here before you know it.
