  3. HAHA, Thats classic! My mom got them good one time. She saw them comming up the drive, right before they rang the bell she pulled the door open and yelled" I HOPE THE WHOLE WORLD BURNS IN HELL!!!" and slammed the door. That was 20 years ago, they still won't go to the house
  4. I don't have anything for sale, but I did recieve this one a few days ago: Hi, I'm a german skydiver, living in Essen, NRW I am searching for a Complete Skydiving System for the next Sesson! I am of 1.84m hight and 86kg of weight. The Main and Reserve should be between 130 and 170 sqft. The DOM should be between '96 and '04. Payment and shipping is not a problem! I hope you can help me! I'm waiting for your mail! Now, I know of a few rigs for sale that fit the 130 to 170 size main, but I don't believe this guy's for real so I told him to contact a gear dealer that would be happy to sell him whatever he want's ---------------------------------------------- "Thats not smoke, thats BUCKEYE!!" 6. Our DZ limits to 18 yrs. except in certain situations. If the kid has been around the DZ a few years, is heads up to what is going on, and has parental permission, then maybe. My son has been flying planes since he was 12 and will have his license in 2 months, all the TI's have said they would take him, the DZO says it would be fine, mom says NO My daughter who is 1 year younger (15) is around the DZ more than my son, is not mature enough and I say NO! ---------------------------------------------- "Thats not smoke, thats BUCKEYE!!" 8. I have 127 jumps on my Saber 2. All but 2 have been nice, soft openings. And the last 25 or so have been on heading. The 2 slammers were definitely my fault, as well as the off headings. Finding the right packing method has fixed all complaints
  9. Heres what you could do. Take I-10 west from Eloy about 100 miles to Desert Skydive Center, jump there, then continue on I-10 about 300 miles to Perris, then drive over the hill to Elsinor, drop down I-15 to Skydive San Diego, then take I-8 back to Eloy. HAVE FUN ---------------------------------------------- "Thats not smoke, thats BUCKEYE!!" AQR#3,CWR#49
  10. Urban legend or not? I've been told by a jumper who went there that the Arizona climate is much tougher on the equipment, because of the sand etc. He told me that a 500 jump canopy that's been jumped in Arizona, would look like 1500 jump canopy elsewhere. Is it true? Somewhat true. Please see my sig line! ---------------------------------------------- "Thats not smoke, thats BUCKEYE!!" AQR#3,CWR#49

Somehow he pulled it off. His 2 instructors were the incomming and outgoing S&TAs! His debrief took about 1 hour and included vidio of the landing and how close he was to being an incident! ---------------------------------------------- "Thats not smoke, thats BUCKEYE!!"
