This is all really about your hypocrisy - you accept/defend those born with a biological/mental predisposition toward whatever sexuality they may or may not accept, despite physical evidence, yet ridicule those born with a biological/mental predisposition toward the belief in GOD. Funny how you'd ridicule those with a religious "imaginary friend" yet support those with imaginary sexuality. I've never met (or heard of) anyone with an imaginary sexuality. Are they someone your imaginary friend told you about? Many people are born men yet imagine they are women. Is there any scientific evidence to support that belief besides their delusions? The lack of critical thinking skills was in reference to your comments. I guess I can add poor reading comprehension skills, too. But thanks for reinforcing my perceptions! I think the last time I talked to you, you said something about the WTC attacks being "brilliant." I could give a shit about your "perceptions" - even if they have a cute little winky emoji at the end endorsing it. . . Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

She's the front runner because most Democratic primary voters felt she was the best candidate. Right, either out of spite or by abandoning their principles and just going along with the crowd - very few are voting for her based on - as you put it - "critical thinking skills" (snicker) oh, and ya - you can't forget about those "super" delegates. . . I couldn't careless. My life has remained consistent regardless of those in power and the challenges that I've faced. I just think we'd be better off if we voted for those that we think would be the best president, rather than against those we hate, or for those that we think might win regardless of whether or not we agree with their positions. . . How's that for idealism? Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

So in other words, practical nonsense. . . It might seem so to those with no critical thinking skills. Which is why she's the front-runner - at least her nonsense is practical. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

So in other words, practical nonsense. . . Au contraire. One is good and one is ungood. In other words, your words are nonsense. My bad, I should've just said nonsense. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

Then people wonder why the world is all fucked up when they abandon their principles and go along with the crowd of morons on either side. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

This whole thing reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Elaine somehow finds herself in the position of defending a guy who pees in the locker room shower. At the end of a long and unlikely series of events she finds herself in the position where she has to defend "the urinator" - and can't for the life of her figure out how she got there.) A year or so ago, I recall feeling a level of respect for many of left leaning posters here that reflected an attitude of disdain toward the idea of a Clinton dynasty running the country. As that prospect became more viable and gained traction, the tone changed a bit - you'd hear things like, "I'm NOT defending her, but. . .blah, blah, blah." Today it's all pretty much the same thing, but now it's done out of spite for Trump - and - without the disclaimer. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

When are you going respond to my question here: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_view_flat;post=4783650;page=4;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;mh=25; See post #86. When you start a thread, you really should take ownership of it and stay with it until it dies. You have little credibility with me. The thread did die - and then you brought it back to life by posting some article that was completely unrelated to skycop's OP - and now you're apparently using it in an attempt to arrogate his credibility simply because he didn't respond according to your paragon of SC etiquette? pffffft, newsfalsh dude - you're not that important. I just asked a question that I didn't know the answer to. As I said, take your own advice: turtlespeed: "Do your own homework. Research reasearch reasearch. You can find it" turtlespeed: "do some research - you can find it if you take off your blinders. That is all the time I have to devote to doing your own homework" Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

Yes, it's very possible that that is the "recovery drive" in the "utility partition" that I was referring to in my previous post #81. To access it, press F8 when the logo screen pops when you start your computer. If it has the recovery partition then it will allow you to either reset the computer automatically or create the necessary disks without having to download an ISO image. (like I said before - if F8 doesn't work, try F12) Also, if this is a recovery drive, it will also include the necessary drivers and utilities so you wouldn't have to install them manually like you would if you installed from a windows 7 ISO image file. Your inquiry initially had nothing to do with me being upset about the authenticity of the article. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

The child pornography. Is that not atrocious enough regardless of whether or not he physically abused any children? Then were did you get the information about him abusing children, or wanting to abuse children? Because you certainly didn't get it from me. In the Syrian refugee thread you made a claim about the IRS, but said you didn't feel like taking the time to google it, and then told jcd to google it himself if he wanted to. This is the laziness that I was talking about - so how about you take your own advice and do you own damn research, because I'm not inclined whatsoever to do it for you. DVDs aren't necessary. I know you don't have a USB thumb drive either, but it would be a more convenient option IMO. When you get the image ISO file for windows 7, you can then use the windows 7 USB download tool to create a bootable USB thumb drive and install the operating system through that rather than DVDs. Here is some info on the Widows USB download tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool Here is the download page: http://wudt.codeplex.com/ Please note that you'll need to install netframework 2.0 if not already installed. It will tell you if it's needed when you try to install the USB tool. Once installed, plug in a USB thumb drive and open the USB download tool. Click browse and select the ISO image file and then choose the USB thumbdrive as the destination and it will create a bootable drive. When finished, restart your comp and hit F8 when the Dell logo screen pops up - you have to be quick about it. If F8 doesn't work, then try F12. This will take you to the boot menu. Select the Bootable USB drive and follow the prompts to reinstall the windows 7 Obviously none of this is useful until you can start downloading stuff again - so in the mean time - you could restart your computer and hit F8 or 12 like I described above. When you get to the boot menu, see if there is a Utility Partition or Recovery Drive. Sometimes Dells have a partition built in to recover your computer by reinstalling the OS and resetting it back to the original factory settings as if it's brand new. However, IIRC new comps may not offer that option, but it may give you an option to make recovery DVDs - this way you won't have to download anything, but you'll still need the DVDs (or thumb drive if it gives you the option.) Sorry if any of this is redundant - I haven't really kept up with this thread, but I don't think I saw anything about F8, the boot menu and bootable thumb drives. You're probably not too far away, but I still have family down there that I last visited about 10 years ago around the beginning of life for me - Blueridge along the Tocoaa. I liked the area - not much different than up here in northern Michigan with the national forest and the Ausable - abundant life, especially the outdoor life. The one thing that bugged me however was this unsettling eeriness about the place. I don't know how to explain it, but there was like a lurking evil everywhere. I know the area had a problem with wild pagans and witchcraft - weird shit, so maybe that had something to do with it? Not sure if you experienced anything like that down there. . .just wondering. I have some wild stories I'd like to talk to you about, but it's probably best done in private for now. One thing is for sure - it seems they're fighting an evil down there that I've never really experienced before. They say the devil went down to Georgia, and part of me thinks he never left. What a bunch of shit - nice catch. . . Sad thing is that it was actually believable. Figures, the one time I let my emotions get the best of me as of late and it's all a bunch of bullshit - lesson learned: -Never trust Normiss links -Never trust local news cites or those that appear to be. (which I've always considered rather reliable) ETA - What a sick fucking joke. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour

Oh, there's more to it than that. How about you tell me? Because I asked the question. Your text above would lend to you knowing a great deal about the circumstances. So does your question. So, in your logic, asking a question leads you to believe that I know the answer to something that has made you speechless with anger, you don't know the answer, so you really shouldn't be upset because you don't know the story. I never said anything about what he actually did - you were the one that brought it up - so, obviously you have knowledge about it and are trying to play your stupid little games again. You're the one that brought up abusing children, as if the child pornography wasn't atrocious enough. But if you want to defend this guy, that's on you. I'm just tired of playing your games. You hardly ever reciprocate the effort of those that reply to you - and then when they call you out on your bullshit you either runaway or start rambling on about something else - just like Amazon used to do. I'm just not really interested in entertaining your lazy posts anymore. Never was there an answer....not without listening, without seeing - Gilmour
