there are those who work there that do care. My wife works in the pharmacy and get treated like a bad dog most every day, and for some unknown reason goes back everyday. but she is NOT the norm. as far as their auto center goes.. they are idiots. I was working in a shop about 1mi from a wally world when this lady stopped in saying her oil light had come one... upon inspection the drain plug was missing.
