there are only 1 or two people Id let pack my rig. I pack everything, plus there are few packers who can pack as fast as me (at least that Id pay for) Its a trash job, but Ipreform the essentials... what can I say... I really learned how to pack fast goin to boogies, who wants to miss a load?! My original DZ closed down. But thats ok cuz it was small and we didnt get lots of jumps. So, now Im travellin to different places checkin them all out. I now call West Tennessee Skydiving "home" but this weekend will be the first Ive been there since October. -

I just LOVE my Miarage, and their cusomer service was great too! I sent my M4 back for upgrades (to G3 specs) and they did it in no time at a very resonable price. My next container will be mirage. Sometimes, more toward the end of the dive than in the beginning. My personal breakoff alti is 5000' for freefly dives. My "internal" clock usually tells me when its time to start checkin my visual, and my audible tells me its time to go, and I go w/o checkin visually. Also, the "picture" you get in freefall changes w/ altitude. This is in no way a suggestion for someone new to freeflying (BTW, I am still new to freeflying at 350 some odd freefly jumps) When I was beginning, I was always checkin my alti, which doubles as a good drill for keepin body position, fall rate, etc. my .02! I own a Nitro 120, and love the pack volume, I belive it packed up much like the std. Cobalt 135. I have also stuffed a Sabre 170 into this bag and thats a far cry larger than my current canopy. I have also jumped (and packed) the Nitro 135, and remember it to pack up to near the same size as the 120, but just a hair bigger. I have no experience w/ the blade, so Im off topic, but looking forward to jumpin one!
