Horseshit! I bet you 5 cases will be MORE than enough to please 25 people at her house. The bottles go back into the box and out to the curb, whoopdie doo. yeah, 5 cases would probably do. I know we (at the DZ) can plow through 5 cases of beer like its just an appitizer, on an average night of 15-25 people. And that is a LOT of glass, at 120 bottles. Enough bottle to keep 25 skydivers occupied is going to be a lot of glass. You'd better order a dumpster! but seriously, my friends and I used to always keep keg beer around. In fact at SDA, one guy has a kegerator for just that reason. the trick is the pressure. Too little: no flow and foam. Too much: lots of foam. We had a resturant style set up with CO2 and a cooling plate and everything. Worked great, but its a bit of an investment, and you have to set it all up. Id go with the keg, but I already have one to trade in for deposit, and I know exactly what I need to make it work. Or like spence said, keep em away from the pump! IMHO. yes. if you quit jumping, your not a jumper. BUT, are you still a skydiver? I think so. while the terms we often use synonomously, can describe different people. I couldnt even consider quitting. The DZ is my home (away from home) and all my family (friends) are there. We get together during the week, and weekends, and drink, eat, and party. Are there some in our group that dont jump currently? Only a couple. If you think you might want to quit, maybe you should consider it. This is not a sport to be half into. I encourage both people coming and going, b/c in the end we are all friends. Ok, you can flame away.
