My sister and I are doing the Arthritis Walk in Providence, RI April 30th. We are doing this in support of our mother (who has RA) and the many others stricken with arthritis. I thought that this was an interesting little story. Could have saved me a few times! CANBERRA (Reuters) - An Australian phone company is offering customers the chance to blacklist numbers before heading out for a night on the town so they can reduce the risk of making any embarrassing, incoherent late-night calls. A survey of 409 people by Virgin Mobile, a joint venture of The Virgin Group and Optus, found 95 percent made drunk calls. Of those calls, 30 percent were to ex-partners, 19 percent to current partners, and 36 percent to other people, including their bosses. I hate thunder/lightning storms. For some reason I have always been afraid of them. The, a few years ago my mom was struck (thankfully she turned out okay) and that only made my fear worse. I saw the movie a few weeks ago. I really liked it. It was much different than what I expected though. I never heard anything about it and based on the previews on tv I thought it was going to be a typical Jim Carrey comedy. When I get a bonus check from work they take out roughly 40%. I think it may be a standard across the board. I'm not an accountant, but, (from my own experience) I don't think it makes much of a difference in how much you will get back in taxes next year. Thank you for sharing your story. My grandmother was blind for the last 10 or so years of her life. She used to go to the Boston Aid to the Blind where they did different activities and learned ways to adjust to life being blind. I would go there with her and was just amazed at how most of the people were able to get by in day-to-day life. I think about how being there made me feel and hope to someday get involved again with volunteering. Just seeing how much one small organization impacted the lives of those who went there was a great feeling. Especially since I knew how much my grandmother missed the sense of sight. Being a part of the Boston Aid to the Blind gave something back to her. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I was horrible at PLF's during the initial weekend of AFF. I actually went up there and spent a good part of a cloudy Saturday afternoon doing nothing but practicing PLF's with an instructor. Ask for some one-on-one training for this. I found that I was much more relaxed practicing solo than in front of the whole group. I think that I was so focused on watching how everyone else was doing them and not enough time visualizing how I was going to do them. Once I got the "hang" of it I was much more comfortable when the time came for the only 3 AFF jumps that I made. Best of luck to you! I'm sure you'll do great! I always use the Kodak Sport underwater camera. The majority of all the pictures I have taken with those came out good. I usually go to a tanning be a few times before I go on vacation to anywhere tropical (sunny). I have pale skin and tend to burn easily. I usually forget to keep applying the sunblock so this works for me. Have a great time! I love swim up bars! I did not really enjoy my first tandem too much (what I remember of it anyway). I looked like I was going to throw up the entire time. Now my AFF level A jump was a jump I enjoyed. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

Have her go to a tattoo parlor and look around for ideas. The two I have are from my two favorite paintings. I would not have wanted anything else on my body forever. I had similar thoughts on my first tandem too. I felt like I remembered nothing until I watched the video. I had sensory overload on the jump and did not really know what to think of it right away.
