I need to start running again daily. I was an 8 miile a day guy for a year. last year.; new job, new city, pretty motorcycles, good beer, and a willing woman or 2 and a surf board have had me neglecting the bod. need dopamine !!!!! my gym membership is about fucking useless w/a full work load, and full time school. got about enought time to wipe my ass. going to scale back next quarter, and after i get out the dog house (Navy) going to pitch tent on DZ for a month and then get back into the regieme of runner freaks. gotta do suzuki rock and roll marathon this next january....
