i hear you there but the smaller countries that try to do anything about the states get shafted. new zealand said not to your war ships coming through our waters many years ago.....so we could not get a free trade agreement. Now when we are coming to some sort of arangement we said no to joining the war, this resulted in another massive set back for us getting a free trade agreement. For the smaller countries that stand up to the U.S., we just get shafted. You have got balls sitting in this forum saying that this company is a scam! If you really are going to court have you ever thought that if they give you your jumpsuit that they can then turn around and sue your ass for slandering? You better hope you do not get your jumpsuit or they will have a law suit against you. I am sure that if you are taking this to court that your lawyer would have a fit if he knew you were saying things like this on a skydiving web site. I did not think you talk about cases in public until after the trial? It is not good to slander people ona public website where they would have interest while you are making a law suit. I hope it works out for you but in future do not slander skydiving companies on a skydiving website until you have taken them to court. Just my opinion, but if they have good reason to have not filled your order yet they could turn around and sue you very easy for this bold statement that they are a scam. we have taken it up with our leaders of new zealand. Still this does not change what america does to the world. I do not think we should be able to vote for your presidency. We have the untied nations. But this does not help us when your country does not listen to the united nations. There should be a way that your government should listen to the rest of the world when you want to go to war and act upon things that will effect other countries. I do not know chris, i do not even think i have ever talked to him on this site. I have been reading so much on his last jump though and all i can say..is that he sound like someone who will never be forgotten and he was a lucky person to have so many people love him. To all of you that have lost a friend or a family member here, i am sorry, but always kn ow you have lost someone that has many people looking up to him and listening to his advice. i omly wish i was lucky enoough to meet a person everyone talk so highly about. well if it is their first fight they should have to buy beer. First hiding you should expect beer as well. I think it depends on the assault. If it is serious call the authorities. If it a simple punch up and then over with, buy some beer. get over it. If it is just a simple punch because someone is getting on your case to often, have the guy who got punched buy the beer. If it is because you were endangering others in the sky, you should be punched. And made to buy everyone beer. If it is serious though, the only way to resolve it is either call the cops. Or kick them both off. If you only kick one of them off the dz then the other one will have trouble with his mates. kick em both off and keep em off, only if it is serious though. People fight all the time, should they be punished because someone has pushed their emotions over the top and got punched? I dont think so. i get things from my mum on b/days and christmas. I am usually in a different country every other year. She does the same thing for every country i am in. If she sends me cheap smokes, she will put them in a box and send me......well she will send me......the smokes wrapped in ....yes, underwear. On the customs docket she will write underwear and socks and chocolate. When she sends me a gift, she writes on the customs docket "gift" and what is inside there and the value. If you buy on an online store in the states and send it to australia you will find that if it is brand new that when it arrives in australia your son will more than likely have to phone customs up and sort the tax out first. If you buy on an online store in australia the tax will be included in the price. it will then just be sent straight to him. this would be the best way as you will get more for your dollar with the currency and you will pay bugger all in post. i have had things shipped to me from new zealand to the states, australia and alot of europe. These are my experiences. Unless you are shipping to a country that america has free trade agreement with you will find that you will have to pay tax. I think they call it goods and services tax in australia. You should look at the ebay stores on the australian ebay site. After all this my mum better ship me a xmas present. sorry i cam out harsh at you there mate.\i have a problem with doing that, i just felt that you were trying to make an argument with me out of something i was not saying. I think if you have the right experience and have never had a cut away it might be good for you to have a practise chop, so long as you have a second reserve. i am with you on that one. I have had 2 chops in my first hundred jumps. i think these chops gave me a lot of confidence, because it proved to myself that i knew what to do in this situation i.e. do not panic. If others were given the chanc e of a third canopy to have a practise reserve, it could also build their confidence as i know some are not confident to chop as i had a mate try to land a mal and he broke and shattered more bones thatn i knew we had. i was trying to get a point here to a guy who has a hundred jumps and wants to cut away because it is getting repacked anyway. Now i was trying to tell him to never chop a good canopy. the time you chop a good canopy without a back up will probably be the day your reserve does not want to help you A person who thinks that this 'might' be okay that he needs to ask, does not need ideas put in his head....well that is what i think anyway. peace .Karnage Krew Gear Store .
