So i just bought Adrenaline rush but it does not work in UK or NZ (where i go this week) because it is zone 1 and i need zone 2. I am not after cracking this to duplicate for anyone as i have no desire to steal other jumpers income. Can someone recommend me a programme that i can use to crack this dvd and burn myself a multi zone copy on the mac please? this will be an interesting post, i fly home to nz on thursday and am putting my brand new rig in a gear bag and checking it. A pelican case? i have never seen anyone use them for rigs, but i guess it would be safer. I am putting my camera gear in my hard camera case with pick and pluck foam and going to carry it on. My helmet will get wrapped and put in my 60ltr backpack with all my clothes and my altimeter will also be in my camera case. I am thinking this is the way to do it, as if they want to throw my gear around, i would rather them throw my rig around than my camera case. Insurance? i would like to know how i do this and if i have to insure my rig, or will it be covered by my plane ticket? The thing is, i would rather fly with my rig, cause i hate flying and would rather know that i have a little extra bit of a chance if the plane was going down, not much but i would definetley give it a go if the back ripped off like in the movies. Yeah well it really sucked in the end....the Lived show had technical faults in the first few minutes so they just put one of last years episodes on They just emailed me and said that they will be putting the recording of the show on this saturday night.... Who watches TV on a saturday night though? Oh well, i have another 20 episodes lined up on a new show with the same bloke. We will be teaching him AFF on his new show, so that should be good advertising. I tell you what, i was on the first course, and i had the same problems, however, i did the same moaning and i have issues with them. Though with that said, you must realise that the course is slow at first, once you are licensed you start doing around 5-8 jumps a day, then you start getting in trouble if you do not want to jump. Everything you say is very valid but i must tell you to be more patient as it will pick up in a major way. I hope it all works out for you, A piece of advice form experience though,,,,,,, do not have sick days as you will lose money after 5 sick days, do not be late to the dz, and work your ass off. If you work your ass off you will be set up in the skydiving industry, if you moan they will not care for you. If you get the chance to do your work experience with them in queenstown, make sure you do it , but know you will have to impress them for that. Queenstown and taupo skydivers do about 1000 paid jumps a year and get good money. If you are on the course, and pull out you will not get a refund, i advise you to put your head down and work your ass off. Have some paitence though as it will pick up and the trip to queenstown rocks!! .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Oh yeah, i am sorry, keep it quiet as it is a top secret world event... Shhh, secret squirel!! I think i made, $2 dollars, about 5 sausages at a work BBQ, a spars sock, a few nights on the couch accommodation, about 200 beers, a couple of free slots, and internet access. That is what i made, what i spent was around $15,000 NZD on gear, jumps, petrol, beer, and other things. If you want to get into the sport to make money, do something else. If you want to be rich, do something else. Skydiving is like acting, there are many actors in the world and only a small percentage of them make it in to a well paid position. Sure there anre many jumpers who make a good living but you dont get into skydiving to be rich. Ifm you get into skydiving, you will find that your life revolves around jumping. If you are good enough to make money, be prepared to give it straight back to your DZ (employer) for jumps that you will be doing and to the dealers for the gear you will be buying. Sure there are many skydivers that make a good living, but there are many more that are broke after each weekend. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

So i am pretty happy with myself today. We got a very popular Live primetime TV show in New Zealand, and today i got the comedian of the show to come out and do a jump and plug us on the first show of the new season. Now i am in the UK at the moment but they way i understand it to happen is like this.... OK so he is a comedian reporter and is off to some big golf event for the day to interview people, ends up lost at our DZ so hits the golf ball around and then comes up to alttitude to find the golf course (i guess) does a tandem with our jumpsuit on and our name on and the number on the jumpsuit, on his way down he spots the golf course and heads over there wearing our jumpsuit So the whole day he is at this golf match he is walking around while everyone is dressed in their golfing atire wearing our jumpsuit and interviewing people for the television report Now that might not sound funny to people but it will to the Whuffos and it cracks me up, plus i get some good publicity for the DZ ( the whole point) It may not turn out like this but that is the general idea.... think funny kiwi humour, golf and a famous person ( in NZ ) interviewing golf stars in our jumpsuit..... Just wondering if any posters on DZ.com have been invited to the world record attempt at Perris for head down. Would be good to know the jumpers from here that are going.
