I would'nt say dropped, but left in a populated area. I think it's only a matter of time before a terrorist bio, nuke, or chemical attack. Probally in a public , populated place. I agree, the term "Raghead" is offensive to me and the people in the video, and I certainly would not want to offend someone before I help maim and kill them!! I prefer the term "shitheads" or "pieces of shit". They are much more middle of the road references. As for the blame America crowd, I have ABSOLUTELY nothing against peaceful Arabs or Muslims however, those radical shitheads that choose to attack us or support those who attack us, better be ready to meet Allah, because we are more than willing to arrange the meeting. The 50% cruise speed is a little fast for urban patrol duties, but the price and endurance would be attractive for highway patrol type agencies. I'm surprised it never "took-off" (no pun intended), I've been researching law enforcement aviation for years and I've never heard of it. "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

I'd have to say the UH-60 Blackhawk. Quick to altitude, once I had a malfunction and landed way off, it came to pick me up! Try that in a CASA or Otter! Other than that I'd have to say the CASA, although I'll take anything. There is a plane from Poland called a Wilga, in the states the FAA still considers it experimental, if it ever gets certified it looks like it would be a hoot! 4yrs active USAF, 16yrs USAFR. Just got off 1 year activation for Enduring Freedom/Noble Eagle. Spent the ENTIRE summer in the sunny desert (PSAB). So much for being just a reservist! Was also activated in 99' for Operation Allied Force (Kosovo, stayed stateside). MSgt, 20 years total and still going............ USAF AMMO, If You Ain't AMMO You Ain't Shit!!!! IYAAYAS!!! I deal with all three dude! I HATE traffic, got my jaw broken once in a domestic, and you learn that funny smell real quick. I can walk off an elevator or into a house, and tell pretty much if old Ms. Jones is dead! At one point I was 3 for 3 on "check the welfare of........" yep, all DEAD. Now that gave me a complex! I live in Northern Ky (greater Cincinnati OH), when it snows here people freak! They call school off in the rural counties if it is forecasted to snow! I wish I could do a little 120mph speed breakin' but, we just got 6 inches of snow. And here everything stops, schools close, mass hysteria!!!! It's the WHITE DEATH!!! We're all gonna die!!! And when I go to work, everyone driving runs into each other. Last night a bus took out a electric pole, and the snow had just started. The guidance I gave was general info while traveling on the highway outside of metro areas, cities are a whole different ball game. State Police and or Highway Patrol Officers generally don't run radar much in Metro areas, they concentrate on rural areas. Federal traffic grants sometimes change that. If there was emphasis on that in the areas you speak of, the average speed would drop significantly and alot of people would be out of some bucks! "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!"

Take it from a professional in the field, stay between 6-10 over and you SHOULD be okay. If the limit is 70, try to stay within 5 over. It's in our policy, we normally don't write until 10 over unless we are having problems (i.e. accidents, consistant vehicle vs. pedestrian etc.) but I work in the city. Hope that helps.
