Good catch. These are still available in the "full ads" view but I forgot it in the headlines view. I'll add it.

I'm going to miss that, too. If you click on the "full ads" link above the headlines it will change back to the mode where you view the full ad as in the old system. It will continue to be in this mode until you click on "headlines only" again.... Safe swoops Sangiro

Heya all, I've upgraded the Dropzone Classifieds section. I'll be making a few more changes but here are some of the new features: - Switch between headlines only and full ad view - Upload a photo with your ad - See 3 different "new" indicators - Bid to keep your ad at the top!! If you're willing to spend a few cents a day to sell your gear you can now bid to keep your gear near the top of the list. Some categories grow very large and this will prevent your ad from falling off the bottom of the page. Posting an ad is still FREE (and will always be) but this enables those who are willing to spend money to sell their gear fast to do so. As in the past you can post an ad for 90, 60 or 30 days and ads are purged nightly so you don't have to browse through old outdated listings. The

Hey, I just checked mine and it's working fine. Remember there's a 2 MB limit on the account. Make sure all your folders (including "trash") and attachments are not over 2 MB or your mail will bounce.... Safe swoops Sangiro

Sorry guys - I thought about getting the word out but this would only have been frustrating. I flew in 2 days ago. I'm running workshops that takes up all my day time. I have team events scheduled for the evenings. There's really no play-time left for me this time round. I'll be back though!

Just got a note from the guys keeping an eye on the Dropzone.com server. Here's a quote from that email: From this side it seems like we now get about 520 new Dropzone.com members per month. This used to be 380-420 for a long time. 5 mil hits a week, 500 new peeps per month... This is a good problem to have! Play away!

A site only appears after there has been at least one vote for that site. You vote for a site by clicking on a logo on the site. Some people register but never place the logo on their site and therefore never gets a vote, other sites are just not visited that frequently and also never gets a vote. Sites that have been inactive (no votes received) for more than 90 days may be purged. Safe swoops Sangiro

Ads can not be posted for longer than 90 days at a time. They are purged every night. The new classified ads section will have editors who will be able to move ads to more appropriate categories or delete them. Safe swoops Sangiro
