I can answer that Aggie. Basically when the Aussie troops were sent to Gallipoli, they landed on a beachfront, and unbeknown to the troops, the enermy was waiting for their arrival and fired at them as they were getting off the boat. Very sad and devastating. That's my gist of it anyway. I went to the dawn memorial service today. biggest turn out ever, because of troops currently in Iraq and all. It's also a mates birthday today. He was marching in a Anzac parade today. I wish I was there to see him, but he was about an hour away!!!! Don't bother me, I'm living happily ever after

LOL I remember our first family pet used to love playing ball....I used to tease her and pretend that I would throw the ball. Usually and given dog would run a few metres and realise...not Trixie, she'd run laps around the yard trying to find her ball....I'd end up in tears laughing. Hey I was a real chubby kid at school. I didnt get teased alot, because I never let my weight take over my life. But on the rare occasions where I did get teased, I used to say to them "Hey I maybe fat, but you're ugly...and I can lose weight!" that shut them up everytime Don't bother me, I'm living happily ever after -

Thanks Max, I guess that I need to work on the whole confidence thing. It's hard to "pick yourself up" when your a bit down. I think alot of it has to do with not be able to skydive, it's really bringing me down. Miss all my mates at the DZ. Don't bother me, I'm living happily ever after

Here's the deal... I just resigned from my job, due to protest, and at the moment I am scraping money together by delivering pizza's. It's the most degrading job I have ever encountered and I am seriously thinking of moving to a bigger city, as where I am currently living is offering jack (jobwise). I am hoping that some of you guys have some inspiring stories that will lift my spirits up....have any of you done the big gut wrenching move to another city, all on your lonesome?? (I am single, no babies, not even a goldfish!) This is really getting me down, as I have to hold off my AFF course, god knows for how long.... I cant even afford to pay rent! as I am only earning $100 a week delivering pizza's, but thank god I am living with my parents and that they are understanding. **sigh** this is doing nothing for my sense of pride! I know this wont help you, but that commercial was on Oz tv years and years ago. I'm taking a stab in the dark here, but it was like 8 years ago now. Good luck trying to find it. Been driving for 5 years...been pulled over many times! *A few times was random breath. can't remember how many times that's been! *Once for speeding...I was 30 metres from parking my car at work...DAMMIT! $135 fine, and three points taken *Twice for smoke fumes pouring out of my car's arse - got warning *Once for running a amber light - nice cop, ended up chatting for a while, he knew my boyfriend!!! *Once for defected number plates...cop couldnt read them - got warning *Once for operation "Nuts and Bolts" (Full overhaul vehicle inspection) - Had just bought my car....PERFECT!
