it's both mental and physical. your body needs the nicotine and then you smoke. if you didn't smoke then you'd be okay. like just if you get a craving just don't have a smoke. it's all in your head really. that's how i quit before i just told myself not to buy any smokes and to not steal any from dad. and it worked.

There, I fixed it for you. i always laugh. it's a habit. But seriously, i quit for a month before but started up after my ex broke up with me. so if i did it before i should be able to do it again. the only thing is everyone i know smokes so it'll be hard to fight off the temptation.
