For those who took part in my poll about going to munich or vegas, thank you. Unfourtantly I was not able to talk my friends into going to munich so we're going to be in Vegas from Mar 20th thru Mar 23rd. I'm not going to be doing any skydiving (big surprise) but I believe a lot of ppl will be off during Spring Break. Anyone else plan on being there and want to drink some beers? Stuffed Green Peppers Slice green pepper in half and dig out the guts. Use ground chuck and cooked rice to make a meatball and then stuff it in the pepper. Dont forget to season the beef w/ salt, pepper and onion powder. Arrange your peppers in a pan and pour condenced tomato soup all over it. Put a pad of butter here and there and then bake, covered, at 400 for about an hour. very easy to make and very tasty to eat! Yeah, saying the beautiful Circus Circus was sarcasim,,,,the place is kinda dumpy. Don't know if everyone has their passport but 2 of us do,,,,ginandjuice and me. I would much rather be sitting in the English Garten drinking a dunkel than losing money at a blackjack table. The thought of going to a foreign country w/ no set schedule or place to stay excites me,,,kind of like climbing the rope in gym class or doing that 1st jump.
