This case was not solved and has been so difficult because there are few hard facts... the FBI admitted in 1976 there was not enough evidence to prosecute without Cooper's cooperation and the witness memories had faded. This absence of hard facts leads to speculation and most of it is absurd. IMO, the growth of the FB group has been a negative.. too many people without an adequate case knowledge level immersing themselves into a speculative social soup of bad ideas snd misinformation. A few influencers drive groupthink claiming facts that do not exist.. There have been some really bad ones but the newest bad one is pushed by Ryan and his jester's claiming that it is now known by all that Cooper jumped at Orchards, he claims the FBI has confirmed this now.. This is complete BS but people just believe it. Once bad ideas and lies get entrenched into the group narrative they are very hard to dislodge and correct.. I know this case very well,, There is ZERO evidence for an Orchards jump, it is just made up. There is evidence for the 8:11 jump.

Ryan's new video, he does a very good job, except Cooper did jump at 8:11 not Orchards. Ryan has that wrong. I have new data that corroborates the 8:11 time. Cossey is describing his own rig with the hard pull, not Cooper's.. Ryan's pic of NORJAK didn't debunk the placard.. NORJAK never had that particular (Hick's) placard, it was for a somewhat rare optional emergency airstair release system.. the placard NORJAK had was a different one. This was determined years ago.

The transcript from the missing video is.. 2:30 - was a dark early evening 5:30-6 o’clock and i turned my lights off so that they/he wouldn’t see me but I flew behind him north of the Columbia River it was a 727 and the back door was down and so I could see in the airplane and I didn’t see any movement and where he went I have no idea but I say and I told them and I said he's north of the Columbia River somewhere he knew where to bail out at the right time and that’s why I am sure he was out before I got to the airplane. The time is wrong, but the interview was almost 50 years later. The rest makes sense. I have done an analysis that confirms Soderlind's 8:11 jump time.. Cooper's jump time is no longer debatable. Cooper could not have jumped after 8:11.

Skip Hall 1968 interview.... He shows extreme forehead lines and big creases from the outside of the eyes down over the cheeks.. He also has a large growth on his left side above the mouth next to the moustache.. very prominent in motion video, harder to see in a still.. another growth on the right side below the nostril.. and a small mole/mark upper left cheek as well as an obvious scar. No NORJAK witness mentioned any of these unique features,,, ELIMINATED Of course, nobody pointed this out to Limbach.. Forehead lines and cheek scar. Large Growth above mouth. Cheek scar, large growth. 2 of them. growth above mouth scar and mole/mark scar, mole and 2 growths. Severe creases...

My view on the tie... The "fingerprint" is the totality and wide range of particles, not the few. Looking at a few particles and claiming a match to an environment is like using one ridge point of a fingerprint and claiming a match... An analogy might be a mechanic who only works on Tesla's... vs a mechanic that works on all types of vehicles. Those tie particles indicate such a wide variety that the environment must also reflect a wide exposure.. not a narrow one.. So, picking out one or a few particles doesn't work. The uniqueness or "fingerprint" is the wide variety of particles. The tie environment exposure must match the wide variety of particles found.. Like TBAR, I doubt we will be able to prove anything... just theories. Then, there is a possibility Cooper was not the one wearing the tie when the particles were deposited.

That is different from the survival video, Ulis has 100% identified the tie environment and it is NOT RemCru this time.. He will do a live YT.

This case is so messed up... like an Abbott and Costello routine.. bad theories, bad suspects, misunderstandings and even lies.. Gryder claims he found Cossey's/Cooper's missing NB6. It is a B12 with a B4 harness. Not Cooper's. Gryder then claims he is not a rig expert. Ryan debunks Gryder claiming correctly that it is not an NB6.. but claims Cooper had an NB6. Cooper's NB6 claim comes ONLY from Cossey who is a serial liar. Further, there is no corroboration for Cossey's claim and both Hayden's description and the packing card conflict with Cossey. To make it worse, Cossey never supplied his packing records which he was required to keep, he even claimed he gave everything he had to FBI but he did not. Cossey hid and lied about the evidence that would have supported his NB6 claim. So, Ryan has used Cossey's claim of an NB6 to refute Gryder when in fact it is very unlikely that the chute Cooper used was an NB6... Ryan's debunking on that basis is itself bunk. Gryder's found rig was not Cooper's, the canopy was not a match based on the packing card, it did not have D rings, the handle was not moved to the other side, it was not a B12. Cooper's was a military WW2 era version similar to the tan civilian chute left behind but Olive Drab. Of course Ryan claims that Hayden did not understand what Olive Drab is.. how he knows that I am not sure, just making it up,, The irony, Gryder's found rig is not Cooper's but not because it is NOT an NB6. TBH, it is rather amusing. To debunk Gryder publicly Ryan has committed to Cooper using an NB6,, that is why he defends Cossey's dubious claim, a bias. If he admits the fact that Cossey's claim was unsubstantiated his Gryder debunking fails. and due to the over reliance on Cossey, the FBI was looking for the wrong chute.. Cossey lied to Larry Carr and Larry still believes him.

Vordahl,, ridiculous suspect, not COOPER.. What a fiasco thrust upon the Vortex.. Vordahl was connected via the tie particles, TiSb patent, RemCru and metallurgy. This tie connection was the sales pitch. False. All nonsense, the patent was not for a unique TiSb ratio, the patent was misrepresented, there is no tie link to RemCru or metallurgy and the Ti particles were not accurately identified. So, Vordahl has no connection to Norjak. A random character in this tragic play. He was older, 58. WE were told he was exceptional for his age, eating organic and a competitive tennis player. Well, then he wasn't a smoker. Older competitive tennis players who eat organic don't smoke. He was a PHD who worked on the Manhattan project.. doesn't sound like Cooper. There are probably tens of thousands of random people that can tick many of the Cooper boxes... Suspects always run into a wall,,, usually early on, some get further than others but the last wall is putting him on the plane.

Braden, also not Cooper.. and not because of height and his nose. He was probably 5'9" in shoes. He was a legit badass with skills Cooper was not... Braden had dimples, a crooked mouth, thinner straight hair, no protruding lower lip and light grey eyes... and nothing links him to Norjak... ELIMINATED

Here is a credibility litmus test... Anyone who thinks this is Cooper's forehead is either delusion or extremely biased. NO Norjak witness ever mentioned severe forehead lines.. besides no connection to Norjak and the wrong hair, these lines are so unique and obvious that this is dispositive for Skip Hall. No way around it. ELIMINATED. Skip might as well have a tattoo on his forehead that says "NOT COOPER"... People who know better keep pushing him as a legitimate suspect.

A good example for poor analysis is the Gunther book. Almost everyone trashed Gunther and claimed he made it all up.. and they were all wrong. IMO, it doesn't take much to analyze the facts and reach the conclusion that Gunther was actually contacted by somebody claiming to be Cooper,, whether a hoaxer or possibly the real Cooper. People didn't grasp the context of the book... it was his experience, a story told to him, he wasn't claiming it was true. This was a no brainer... most people failed. Then the Clara/Dayton letter fiasco,,

It seems unlikely because you made a false assumption.. These were areas marked on a map in the River. Not the beach, shore or banks.. I assume they clamshell dredged then barged to the Fazio's... but that was not explained. The next line of thought is,, did the sand from the river for their operation contain the money. Extremely unlikely, the money would have had to go into the river then get scooped, deposited back onto the Fazio's then get washed back into the River to land a half mile downstream.. all while maintaining its integrity. Nope.

An Orchards landing is speculation, there is no evidence for it... It is a product of groupthink 50+ years later.. It is very common and rational in this case for people to look for things that were missed or wrong initially to explain the failure to resolve the case.. to do that 50+ years later requires some good evidence, that does not exist for Orchards. Some error or misunderstanding must have occurred for the case to be unsolved.. so there is a bias to extreme speculation. Problem is... it is a high bar to prove these things and too many people are using speculation.. A handful of influencers are driving the narrative and mislead people by expressing opinions, not facts. To claim it is now settled that Cooper jumped at Orchards is an expression of an opinion, it is not fact and has no supporting evidence.. Be very suspicious of opinions masquerading as fact.. No evidence Cooper jumped at Orchards, the evidence supports 8:11. No evidence for Cunningham's revised path times,, evidence supports original times. No evidence to corroberate Cossey's NB6 claim.. evidence contradicts Cossey's description and we can't confirm the model of the military rig Cooper used. No evidence Cooper was 6' tall. This is an opinion. FBI used 5'8" as the lower bound for suspects and witnesses had him from 5'9". No evidence sketch A is more accurate than B.. That is an opinion. FBI said B is more accurate. Sketch B is an almost perfect match for Murphy and many witnesses liked Murphy (below glasses w hat on). This is key because Murphy was viewed by witnesses well before sketch B was created.

Ryan's latest video is a disaster,, this is getting out if hand. Ryan has taken over the case from Ulis as an unofficial spokesman has become a misinformation machine with no challenges. He is still making false claims about Hahneman. These are not normal errors these are outright fabrications. Ryan is misrepresenting the evidence in the FBI files. Not opinions but facts.. Ryan said there was ID/initials in his baggage FALSE.. No ID or prints on the luggage/clothing was left behind. BVD is a brand. Ryan said Allentown was his hometown FALSE.. His family lived in Easton but Hahneman did not live with them though he paid the bills. He did stay there briefly on rare occasions sometimes not visiting for years. Ryan previously said he was missing half his teeth and now claims upper and lower teeth missing.. FALSE, the file says several upper sides.. I have discovered he was missing the upper bicuspids ( in front of molars ), common for people who need braces to straighten teeth. It was noticed by one person. I have a pic of his lower teeth, none missing. Ryan again said he had a large growth on his nose.. FALSE.. the files do not say "large" Ryan has added that. In fact, I discovered it was "slight" and reported by only one of about 50 witnesses and I can't find anything in pictures. He asked for 2000 Benson and Hedges not 3000.. Ryan thinks this means something regarding Cooper. It doesn't, B&H is a premium brand and there are no Raleigh's or coupons in Honduras.. Not asking for Raleigh's means nothing. People do smoke more than one brand or change. It is very easy to disseminate lies and misinformation but very hard to correct them.. DO NOT ACCEPT anything from Ryan without double checking. He seams to have a pattern of twisting and misrepresenting the facts while blending it with speculative bias.. Amazingly, Ryan admitted Murphy matches sketch B not A and most witnesses liked Murphy (in glasses and hat). That is what you call a "check mate". But Ryan still sticks with A,, why, because he used A for his book cover. So, it is apparent the evidence is irrelevant. The FBI claimed that B was the best likeness but if you agree with the FBI and the evidence you are biased.. Clearly, Ryan has a sketch A bias. Skip Hall's forehead. It is unreal that Ryan can't admit that Skip's forehead is not Cooper's. Skip's forehead lines are not normal they are severe, deep and wide, very unique. No Norjak witness ever mentioned those. Ryan minimizes and dismisses by saying they both had forehead lines.. this is so dishonest, they are not the same, not even close. Skip's SEVERE forehead lines eliminates him. Ryan accurately pointed out that men are better at sizing up other males. Mitchell and Gregory had Cooper at 5'9", it is also in the first description of Cooper (Ryan claims the first is the best). It was later bumped to 5'10" to reflect Tina's height estimate but that doesn't mean the guys were wrong. If Cooper was 6' is it reasonable that Mitchell would get that off by 3 inches even seated.. not likely. Ryan believes Mitchell was the last to board the plane, Gregory thought he was. If Mitchell was already seated then Cooper's only option was sit on the right side. Mitchell said he was "pretty close to the end, but didn't know that for a fact." Bill Mitchell: “...you know I want to say...I mean I bought my ticket standby and, you know. It was like downstairs, and I’m looking at these flights to Seattle and Northwest has this one. It was like down and I’m looking...and so I bought the ticket, called my parents and, raced up. I want to say pretty close to the end, but I don’t know that for a fact.” Ryan claims that we now know that Cooper jumped about Orchards, the FBI now believes it and there was a several minute delay after the oscillations according to Anderson. THIS IS FALSE.. The FBI expanded the search after finding nothing, there is nothing that changed Soderlind's 8:11 jump time calculation. Anderson did not say there was a several minute delay between oscillations and bump, he said there was a delay before it was reported to NWA by Rataczak.. that would be the call to Soderlind which took place in the suburbs of Portland. That would put the bump minutes before Orchards. Ryan is misrepresenting Anderson's comment. The made up argument is that FBI conflated the oscillations and bump,, there is no evidence to support this, it is made up. The oscillations increased rapidly culminating in an abrupt "bump".. there was no several minute delay. an abrupt pressure change There is nothing from Anderson that confirms a delay between the oscillations and bump.. There were oscillations on going, they increased rapidly and at about 8:11 culminating in a physical bump. I have done a new analysis of data not done by Soderlind. The result was an anomaly at 8:10-11, that matched Soderlind and confirms Cooper left the plane right about 8:11. He could not have left after that. There were minor oscillations, then Cooper went to bottom of the stairs at 8:09 (late), mark on FDR and pitch correction. Oscillations increased and Cooper left at 8:11 causing the "bump". Cooper jumped right about 8:11 and with wind drift he could have landed N of the Lewis R... Claiming Cooper jumped at Orchards is not supported by any evidence. It is poor speculation. Also, a TBAR theory getting recycled is that sand was brought in to the Fazio's from elsewhere with the money in it, this is not possible. First, the money was found at the very Northern most point of the Fazio property, feet away from the next property. The sand operation was at the other end half a mile south. There was no sand operation near the money find spot. But, the Fazio's did not get sand from other operations, they got their sand from the river. They had permits to obtain sand from specific locations in the river. That sand was placed and processed at the south end of their property. The simplest TBAR explanation is that the money was tossed as one bundle into the Columbia River in Spring/Summer at Frenchman's Bar 2.5 miles upstream on the WA side. The money had become a liability to somebody.. Frenchman's is a public park with parking and easy beach access unlike TBAR. The bundle was likely in a bag or container to conceal it, either it floated long enough to reach TBAR (about 50 min) during a high water event or sank and was pushed along the bottom to its spot.. So, who would have a bundle.. A stew or family member, somebody paid for a ride or somebody found a bundle Cooper lost in the jump... There are other possibilities..

Barkley is known, no parachute, he was mentally ill. Cini gets attention because he was the first with a "parachute" but his plane was a DC-8 and couldn't be jumped. His chute was makeshift.. He couldn't jump and if he somehow managed to get out of the plane he would have died due to his makeshift rig.. Cini was not the inspiration for Cooper.

No, I am not wrong. You are. The FBI said sketch B is best and witnesses liked suspects that are closer to B.. My position is the same as the FBI,, yet you claim I am biased. This is where I really dislike the "Vortex" discourse and constantly question participating in this nonsense. This goes for any suspect 5' 8" or up.. Ryan has decided Cooper can't be under 5'10" and is 6'.. He repeats this as fact incessantly. .. this is not fact, this is conjecture. Rookie error.. Rule #1 NEVER RULE OUT BASED ON CONJECTURE. Common mistake. Ryan initially repeated over and over that Hahneman was 5' 7", I corrected him and he moved it to 5' 8" but it is still deceptive. Gov docs report both 5' 8" and 5' 9", those are self reported that means without shoes, He is between 5' 8" and 5' 9" without shoes and between 5' 9" and 5' 10" in shoes.. So, standing in a plane he was 5' 9" to 5' 10" but Ryan misleads always claiming 5' 8". (I am 5' 8 3/4". and always used 5' 8" height for gov ID, but I am exactly 5' 10" in shoes.) Then on the other side Ryan repeatedly claims as fact that Cooper was 6'.. He has made suspects shorter and Cooper tallest to achieve the greatest disparity, Ryan sing's "nobody would get the height off by 4 inches", but it isn't a fact and not accurate, it is a straw-man, intentional deception to dismiss shorter suspects.. Ryan leaves out the facts. Gregory had Cooper at 5' 9" 165 lbs.. Mitchell had Cooper at 5' 9-10"... Cooper was seated but men are better at assessing other men than women are. The original Cooper description included 5' 9" from Gregory and Mitchell but was amended to reflect Tina's 5' 10" to 6' with the belief she saw him standing,, it isn't a fact that Gregory and Mitchell were wrong, it is an assumption that Tina was more accurate. The guys may have been correct. IMO, Cooper was close to 5' 10".. Hahneman was close to 5' 10" in shoes. Braden was probably closer to 5' 10" in shoes... but not too short to eliminate based on height. Cooper's weight was initially 150-175, med to stocky build, that isn't a 6' person. If Cooper was wearing something under his clothes his weight would be overstated. Remember, Ryan always claims early reports are more accurate,, except when it doesn't fit his narrative. and for Hahneman's hijacking there are many estimates of his height from 5' 10"- 6'... (same as Cooper) He was between 5' 9"-10". The irony is that if Hahneman was only 5' 8" he was described by many as 5' 10" - 6' and that still undermines Ryan's bogus argument. The FBI used 5' 8" as the lower bound for elimination because reported height is not accurate (in shoes) and witness recall is not accurate, it is an estimate. Hahneman at 5' 9"-10" in shoes does not eliminate him or any other shorter suspect.. PERIOD,, The FBI used 5' 8" as the lower bound for suspects even going lower for really compelling suspects but Ryan knows something the FBI didn't... Growth Ryan is lying about the growth to exaggerate and distort, the report never said "large", Ryan is adding words to manipulate perception... it was in fact a very small "slight" growth or bump reported by only one person out of 40. I have lots of pics and can't find it... No, not enough to eliminate. Teeth,, this is classic Ryan.. hilarious inversion of reality. When people jumped on this and mocked it, I just had to laugh. The teeth,, Ryan is outright lying here. There was no report he was missing half his teeth,, see his pattern, Ryan exaggerates and misrepresents evidence to gain influence. It said missing several.. not half. Several is NOT half in the real world only in Ryan's world of spin.. Turns out this report came from one person who apparently was very experienced with teeth. He was missing two upper bicuspids, the side ones in front of the molars, this is a very common thing for people who get braces and need to straighten their teeth. Removal of the upper bicuspids often causes the upper front teeth to recess.. That causes the upper lip to recede slightly making the lower lip protrude. Hahneman's lower lip does protrude slightly in pics. Ryan thinks this eliminates him, it is actually consistent with Cooper. The irony is that Ryan uses this to discredit me and Hahneman when it does the opposite.. yes, this is bizarro world and I really don't want to participate in it. Cigarettes Hahneman was going to Honduras, Benson and Hedges is a premium brand and they didn't have Raleigh cigarettes or use coupons there. So, there is no point to Ryan's comment.. He seems to think it means something. It doesn't. Do these make him Cooper... NO WAY.. it doesn't. Ryan distorts these things then uses them to discredit myself and Hahneman, it does not. So, I am reluctantly forced correct the record, nobody will care, few will see it and nothing will change.. and I have again wasted my time because Ryan is dishonest.. He won't change, he won't admit he lied, he will just ignore the facts in this post and repeat his lies on FB where he has little resistance and a soft compliant pillowy environment. It is reasonable for Cossey to move the handle up a bit for his rig, not necessarily to the other side.. It is not reasonable to sell a modified rig. But Cossey said the chute Cooper used was his modified rig with a harder pull and harder to find handle. Hayden said the chutes were the same and he would never bailout. Ryan said Hayden preferred and wore the tan P2,, I haven't seen that, only that he asked the FBI for the return of the chute left behind because of the unique harness. When you put together all the pieces of info,,, it becomes clear that Cossey's NB6 claim is unsubstantiated, contradicted and the packing records obfuscated by him. Unless there is corroboration there is no reason to believe Cooper used Cossey's NB6. The default position should be to question and reject Cossey's claim. BTW,, did Hayden know which rig Cooper used, he knew one was left and requested its return but did he know which one was left?? When you read this he is not defining the chute left behind,, the NB6 had a different harness from the P2.. Hayden doesn't define the chute left behind and how would he know.. Reading this, it makes sense if both rigs had the Pioneer harness aka rigs are the same therefore Hayden doesn't need to know which one was left behind.. If they had a different harness Hayden had to know which one was left behind to make this request.. This is Dec 1/71. On the other hand, if they had the same harness (not the NB6) then this request could be made without knowing which rig was left behind.

NB6 was originally Sage Green and 26' conical.. Cooper's missing chute was 24' according to the packing card.. Olive Drab container similar to the P2-B24 according to Hayden. One of the finest emergency chutes available,,,, no reason for Hayden to buy an old pre WW2 rig and an NB6 the finest rig available.. to meet regulations and never be used.
