Just talked to MonkeyLip a bit ago. He's about 2 hours outside of Texas and all the wheels are still on the Camper!!! Look for a big (very nice) F350 truck (I think he refers to it as his cadillac) pulling a white campie with Idaho plates! Buy that boy a beer!!!

The Adkins Diet is a complete change in lifestyle but I've definitely seen it work. My mom did it a few years ago and lost at least 30 pounds. SHe noticed increased energy and felt less tired during the day. SHe also walked 3 miles at least 4 days a week.
