Very interesting. Seems more real to me because of everything now being in color. -
On the 5 second delay there is a good chance you will still be on the hill and not completely belly to earth. Something I did on my 5 second is when I pulled I dearched anticipateing the opening of the chute. Because with the iad's I would no more than get the dummy handle and the harness was pulling from the chute opening. When you pull yourself there is the delay of the chute. So remember after you pull to keep that arch.

So I live in the lovely state of Michigan where we are blessed with four full seasons including the cold and snow of winter. So my mind is wondering what to do while the DZ's start closing for the season here. Being a student still with only 15 jumps to my credit I am not sure if I would be able to go on a mid winter vacation to someplace warmer with jumping year round. I don't know if they will let me work on my student program. Also there is not a wind tunnel in Michigan, I think the closest one is maybe NH or VA? I could be wrong on that one though. That is my other thought is to go to a wind tunnel camp as a vacation. Not sure if there are any other options for the winter months for a student in Michigan. Or if I just have to work on packing, hanging out on DZ.com and watching youtube videos until spring when jumping starts back up here.

I have one simply because of the market where I'm at in Michigan is awful and it didn't sell. I have had two different renters that have been good. However I had one family that was horrible! Lots of damage, not paying the utilities etc.. If you find you have bad renters get them out. Don't take any excuse because they will try and sweet talk you. Defiantly do a credit check and background check. Get references from past landlords. I could have saved myself a lot of headache had I done that.
