Wow... 1,200 ft. Mine doesn't take that long! I have a cobalt 120 and it's usually always on heading when it opens... but part of this is because I watch the opening. If I see one side inflating before the other I'll shift my weight in the harness (that's really all the adjustment it needs). I've never had open so unevenly that it violently spins. I'm glad you're ok Kevin! I had a reserve ride under a Tempo 150 and I don't remember mine being unresponsive. And I had a soft landing. ^ -

Hey Crystal! I have a "S" (short) sized Mirage and I love it! It is soooooo comfortable! But I'd recommend trying on a few different rigs so you can get a better idea of what is comfortable on you. For the G4... definitely call Mirage on that one. As I understand it, the G4's are a little bit smaller than the corresponding sized G3. BUT, they may have corrected this. Bill's the best guy to ask about this one for sure! Pink Mafia Sis #26

I already did. He said it would be tight but definitely do-able. He also recommended a MT which wouldn't be as tight. However, I love the short sizes (the ones ending in "s"). I'm a shortie .
