I had all of my own gear by jump 28. Everything but the goggles and helmet are used. Someone else said talk to many riggers before buying. PLEASE take the advice. I only talked to one rigger and did not do shopping before buying my rig. I regret that decision every day.

24:1:0 24=number of hours spent in my bed suffering from allergies. This time it just made me feel like shit all day Saturday.

3 times. 1st: My inspection sticker was expired. It had been expired for 8 months. Needless to say, the cop didn't have any mercy. 2nd: The speed limit dropped for a section of the road. I didn't slow down and a cop was behind me watching. Gave me a a tongue lashing but just a warning. 3rd: Doing 58 in a 45. I saw him when I came around the corner, I knew I was toast. Got the ticket taken care of with defensive driving. #3 was summer of 2001. Been lucky since then, knock on wood.

Love the article!! Now just how the hell do you get a ride in a fighter?? I'd probably give my right arm for a chance at that!!! That sounds like it would be as fun as skydiving.

Student Rigs...how long do people normally use them?

I'd say just use the student gear for however many jumps it takes until you have a good idea what you want. Don't run out and buy gear when you don't have any idea what you want. I did that and got BURNED. I ended up with a rig that is not really suited to what I want to do and I paid too much for it. -
Dammit! What is a .ram file and how do you play it? Every .ram video file I've ever tried to play won't work. I know this is a bit off the subject, but a little help please....

We have a LAN line in the dorms at Texas A&M. Don't know much about computers so thats the best I can tell you.

1:4:0 First zero G experience. DZ clouded over on ride up, so down we go in the plane to get below the cloud layer. PilotMike pushed the yolk over and off the deck we float! I more or less fell right over PilotMike when gravity took hold again. Fun jumps too!

Hey everyone, I got my Aggie Ring today! I'm so excited and I wanted to share it!!!
