    Would that be a bad thing? Picture no advisory group (which is essentially what the USPA is) setting guidelines. A student goes in somewhere.....anywhere. The family sees a lack of standards, sues, and wants regulation. With no USPA to fight it, the FAA takes over with rules and reg. Rules and reg, I might add, thought up by whuffos.
