mmmmmmm Dark Beeeer....... Actually, I use the term "green bottles" more as a reference to the general quality of the beer contained with. In essence to seperate a decent beer from that A.B. and Miller swill. This is seriously a really, REALLY good beer! You are right about light, that's for sure. I just used that subject since brown bottles are generally known as holding Miller Lite and Bud Light, two concoctions that can only claim to be beer by the inference that they have the proper ingredients. well, hell, this is a good start for Retro Fridays! I seriously doubt that anyone has had the balls to pie Sangiro, at least since this post, so I also doubt that he got pied for hitting 1000 registered user. We are now over... Drum roll please....... 33,500 registered users!!! I say at the bare minimum, Sangiro is due 33 1/5 pies. Who's gonna help me? Not fair Dave and you know it. Jim is really working hard and doing an amazing job. BTW, good luck in Bio, Jim. Did you get the test back? Yes, I did. Haven't scored that poorly on an exam, well, probably ever. Sadly the distribution across the class says that I'm not alone, but the curve is enough that I'll never get a formal complaint recognized. Good news? It only lowered my class grade to 85% (was 96%), and a single extra credit assignment (for me, create a lesson plan for my target age group[6-8]) will bring me back up to a mid 90's grade again. That's a big deal when it's a 5 credit course and admittance to the Professional Studies Program is limited to 50 students a semester, based on GPA. In regards to my 'new Friday tradition', I'm off to dig right now!

All good, and at least semi-effective suggestions, even if only temporary (hey, JP). How have you been eating, Val? Still on that no meat crap? anyway, what I'm asking is a 2 fold question. How much water are you drinking (plain, not in coffee or soda, or whatever), and what is your sodium intake like? Salt intake is actually a pretty fine line. We need sodium for regular bodily functions, but too much, and we dehydrate. Too much also tends to raise our blood pressure. Not drinking enough water has about the same effect, and combining the 2 is a recipe for misery. My suggestion? Go drink 3 tall glasses of cool water, and repeat it in an hour.
