Dealt with this too . Keep your proof, don't play his game,stay unemotional about it,don't talk around the office about it and then when asked by a supervisor just bring in your documentation and show them but also let them know you don't have a problem with the person. I'm sorry it was meant as a lite post nothing more. Believe me I don't condone any form of child abuse. But, mowing the grass,cleaning a barn,picking rocks didn't kill me. What were some of your parents or if your a parent creative punishments ? My dad came up with: Mowing (what seemed like 10 acres) the lawn with a push mower Going to the neighbors and cleaning barn (gag) Picking up horse crap from the field Picking rocks He seemed to never run out of ideas!!! Used one and hated it. But, then it could have just been the fact that that was one of my dads punishments when I was growing up. Though he never called them punishments. One of his favorite statements" you have enough energy to do that? Ok we'll just fix that " Never understood how pulling an attitude took so much energy that we had to push that sucker around the yard! Not sure if it was mentioned but there was a study done on airplane boarding and seating. The fastest way ended up being. Back to front all window seats then middle seats then aisle it supposedly saved 30 minutes I thought on boarding time. The airlines weren't interested from what I understood.
