Ha. Thanks for this...I was listening to something on the radio this morning during my drive to work and as I pulled into my parking space they started talking about these...needless to say I was late and missed the content... I totally agree with "as per"...I absolutely hate that phase.esp when I get a memo "per tom trites"... another useless phrase is "near miss"..if we are going to squabble over "peel and eat shrimp", I think we need to throw near miss into the mix. It was not a "near miss", it was a near hit! Two planes collide..."look, they nearly missed"...anyone? anyone??

I made a huge emotional, financial and career investment into making it as successful as it was, but I was not happy with the situation I was in. So I left. Radical change? Yup. Where am I today, a year later? Happier than I have ever been, with not a single regret. Why? Because I followed my heart.
