Read through all the replies. I grew up stream fishing and cooked a lot of rainbow trout with my mom. Her best recipe. Stuff with onions and chunks of butter Coat in crushed salt and vinegar chips Wrap in foil and BBQ (guess you'll have to get one!) I'm not a fish girl but I loved it prepared this way. Enjoy!!! Just as you appear to be. Just because the ladies here are strong-willed, it doesn't mean we think that expressing yourself and putting your heart out there exhibits emotional weakness. To be honest, I'd rather have a guy that expresses his feelings than a macho asshat that thinks doing so means you lose your man card. Then again, that's just me.
