    Work-crap started when I walked in the door at 7am today ... setups not complete for a group starting their event today. Grumbled my way through that and when I got to my office, there was a little thank you card from one of my summer Front Desk staff that's doing her final year in Education and won't be back next summer. It read in part: Three years have gone by so quickly. I can still remember my first day. Over the years I have asked you hundreds of questions, received your help hundreds of times and you still to this day greet me with the same smile. I have truly appreciated your guidance and support. I want to thank you for all you have taught me as I will take these skills everywhere I go! I thought WOW ... what a nice way to start a Monday!
