OK so in the Animal Kingdom, the Zebra's are kicking, biting, pooping on, yapping, raming, harrasing, peeing on, head butting, killing other zebra's. So in the interest of protecting Zebra's from Zebra's, the game warden stops many Zebras who they suspect are rowdy and gives them "how to be a good neighbor," talk. Now is that racial profiling? No one, except Zimmerman, knows who threw the first punch, therefore, no one, except Zimmerman, knows what the first law violation was. I agree with you. Zimmerman reported, and it's on video, how he was attacked first. It is highly unlikely that a person, wanting to be cop, was on the phone with a cop, was carrying a gun, would risk punching someone who was "acting weird." People who legally carry guns typically aren't out looking for confrontations. Fresh cuts were noted on TM hands via autopsy indicating he was doing the assaulting. So did Zimmerman. Z didn't need to leave as he lost sight of TM. Plus, he told police he'd meet them there and for them to call him when they got there. Z was under no obligation to leave. In fact, both men broke no laws being there.
