  1. Hey guys I was thinking of heading to Fitzgerald this weekend for the St. Patty's day boogie. Im just wondering if I should go because I am recently "A" Licensed and only have about 36 jumps. Is there room for me there and are there ever any other low experienced jumpers that attend? It's about a 10 hour drive for me from VA. Lovin every second of it!

    Juicing

I juice everyday bro! I bought a Jack LaLanne juicer from walmart for 99 bucks last year and its still running strong. It comes with a book of a lot of good tasting recipes. You can also google "Fat, sick, and nearly Dead" which is all about juicing and is always posting new recipes on Facebook. The Micro-Nutrients that you get from juicing are extremely good for you and you'll feel a 100% health and energy boost from juicing. You really can't go wrong. Besides you really can't put a price on your health? Well I guess you could but it really isn't wise to go the cheap route. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that since I started juicing, I haven't been to the Doctor for being sick in over a year.

  6. Just got back from Skydive Deland with my "A" License! I worked with the the instructors from Skydive University and had an awesome time while doing it!! I learned a lot and and also made some friends. Not only did I leave with 36 jumps, but I also left with my very first rig! Anybody thats debating wether to go to Deland for AFF or to get their "A" License, I would definitely highly recommend it. Everyone their including just the fun jumpers where completely helpful and outgoing. I had such a great time that I am already planning a return trip. Lovin every second of it!
  7. I'm flying to Deland tomorrow to take my FJC on Friday for the SDU TAFF course, and then staying until I get my "A" license. Rob Laidlaw was highly recommended to me from a friend so thats why I chose Deland. If I finish before you get to Florida I 'll let you know what I thought of the program! Lovin every second of it!
  8. Will do! Two weeks from tomorrow I'll be doing my FJC!! The closer it gets, the slower time moves! Lovin every second of it!
  9. And they say Skydiving is dangerous! I use to have a Yamaha R1 and I topped the Speedometer out at 198mph. But that was over a couple of miles so I had to have been hitting over 200mph plenty of times. I miss that bike! Lovin every second of it!
  10. Chuttingstar.com lists them for about $1400. But I'm pretty sure there is some mark up there. http://www.chutingstar.com/skydive/skydive-equipment/aads/cypres-2 Lovin every second of it!
  11. Absolutely. A friend of mine spiraled in after a low altitude canopy collision. He dumped his reserve but it didn't have time to inflate. However, when he impacted on his back, he feels the empty pack tray kept him from breaking his back, with no big lump of a packed reserve there. Did he break anything? Lovin every second of it!
  12. Sounds good! Hopefully we can meet up when I'm down there. I'll shoot you a message once I have arrived! Lovin every second of it!
  13. Yeah I'll probably hit the tunnel 3 or 4 more weekends before I head down. I'm making a trip to SkyVenture NH this weekend and next. Been to the tunnel lately yourself? Lovin every second of it!
  14. Thanks everyone for the suggestions! From everyones input it sounds like bunk houses are the way to go. I did rent a minivan for the trip incase I needed to camp out at the DZ in it. That being said it also gives me transportation off the DZ for other necessities, possibly beer. I have a feeling I'm gonna ned it! Lovin every second of it!
  15. Well it's official! I have booked my trip to Deland and scheduled my AFF and A license training with skydive university! I'll be flying in on the 7th of February and staying until the 24th! Super excited and the wait is gonna be tough! Probably going to camp at the DZ for the two weeks unless anyone has a better suggestion. I really didn't wanna spring for the extra cash it would take to get a hotel so camping was the next best option. I would rather use that money to help me get gear or more jumps in while I'm there. If anyone's gonna be there around those dates I would love to meet you and have a beer! Looking forward to having fun and meeting new people and hopefully new friends on this trip! Lovin every second of it!
  16. Like excaza said, SkyVenture New Hampshire! Its a great tunnel and the staff are excellent! The instructors are extremely helpful, and not to mention the people that fly there are all very cool as well! Lovin every second of it!

  21. Well I'm not sure what the weather is like in Texas, but I live in Pennsylvania and it gets damn cold up here in the winter. You could do like I am and fly to Deland this February. I'm headed down there on some advice from a friend to do my AFF and to get my A license. I'm pretty pumped! Lovin every second of it!
  22. Congrats on passing the levels and starting you AFF! How has the weather been holding out down there? I just got some contact info from one of the ladies that work at the wind tunnel I go to in New Hampshire for Skydive university! I'm trying to workout flying down to Deland and taking 2 weeks or so off of work to go through AFF and get my A license this February. Hopefully the weather holds nice for the weeks I come down. do you know typically how the weather acts in Feb? Lovin every second of it!
