First, be careful in what breed you choose. Be sure that you have sufficient time to provide appropriate care needed for that dog. Not all dogs have the same requirements. Many of my clients have behavior problems that stem from lack of exercise and/or environmental issues. Doggy day care can be a great "outlet" for a dog a few days a week. Choose the facility carefully, they are not all a good place for your dog.
