Yeah he didnt pressure me at all either. Dealing with him on the decision to buy was fine. In fact very informative and helpful. Where the deciet comes in is after he had my money. I waited something like 14 weeks for my canopy. All the while, I was told that it would take 6-8. Everytime I called, when I actually got an answer, I was told, its done...it will be there in a week or two. I asked why that long for shipping. I was told, because it was in Spain. I called Spain and found out the real story. My canopy had been done for over a month, but they ran into problems with the logo that goes on the stabilizers. They didnt have any more and they were waiting get them for install, then ship the canopies. The guy on the phone gave me the option to not have a logo and I took it. I had the canopy in less than 2 weeks. All this to receive a canopy with a fucked lineset. Returned it and got hasseled. Never dealing with reps again. Dealers are more motivated to make you happy it seems. I am a dealer for Gatorz and I will do about anything to make a buyer happy, no questions asked. I just wish all people in the gear business were like that. There's no replacement for honesty. Integrity goes a long way. 2 things to live by for a successful business.

Well, it was worth a try. I of course was looking for approximations, not actual scientific data. Heres the short. I currenly am flying a Xfire2 119 and have about 40 jumps on it now. I am flying it quite well and enjoy its characteristics. I am planning on attending the Moab boogie and the MSL there is 4500'. What, in theory, would my canopy be flying like with the change in air density. Maybe a 107? Less? What kind of altitude loss changes am I going to be experiencing during manouvers. I have only jumped at that alti once, at MileHigh, but I was too green to grasp any such changes and probably shouldnt have been jumping there at 80 jumps. Wiser now, I am looking for info that will give me insight, so I can make the right decisions.....before I jump.

I am looking for a conversion chart that gives the equivalant canopy size as you jump at increasing MSL altitudes. IE, I jump a 119 and it flies like a 119 at MSL, but what would it fly like at 4500MSL? Is there such a chart? Thanks

All of the low-time jumpers-DZ.Com whores come out of the woodwork to get their post in. 23 of the posts in Adrias thread had under 200 jumps and were in the sport 1 year. Most of these admitted to not even meeting or knowing Adria. One of them actually said, "I sat across from her on a load Saturday". Well whoopidee fucking doo!!!! Its not stated, but implied that somehow your more effected? If you really want to make a post, take it to the "toggles vs. risers" thread and learn how to prevent this from happening to you. It's bothersome enough to those that actually knew and jumped with her, but to hear the melodrama of students and DZ.Com whores that didnt even know of her existence, cheapens the loss. Ya know, I gotta tell ya. I haven't ever been to WFFC, but I do know how rowdy it gets. It seems to be like Lost Prairie on steriods. Overpriced everything to boot. With everything that goes on there, intentional low pulls, drunk and stoned jumpers......I don't think that I will ever attend this event. It just seems to bring out the inner moron in some people, and unfortunately puts many others at risk. There is no excuse for a low pull contest...they should be kicked off the boogie. There is no excuse for jumping under the influence....they should be kicked off the boogie. Either there needs to be stricker guidelines, or more aggressive enforcement. If neither is going to happen....well then, its only a matter of time until people get killed due to these moronic acts and government steps in to regulate us because we cant regulate ourselves. Between the 2, which one in better. Does either of these restrict what sites you can look at due to most sites being designed for IE? Basically, can I visit all sites that I would be able to if I was using IE?

I would do this, but the application will not allow maximizing or copy/paste. To print screen would only give you a portion of the bot's location. I have made some progress with searching them out and deleting them, either with a right click from the search application, or windows explorer. Will these methods work? B.

Well, theres the problem. Not only are there 24 bots that it detected, most being serious infections, I have nO idea how to get rid of these manually. Read: I'm a retard and need software to do this for me.

Is Mozilla a browser window? And I have updated Ad-aware, but it never adds anyting. Sometimes the blocker works for it and most of the time it lets anything thru! Seems to only work 1/4 of the time.

So, my wife, in her infinite wisdom clicked on a pop up ad that installed so much goddamn shit on my compter, I cannot get rid of it all. I have ad-aware 6.0 pro, but it seems to do a shitty job of hunting out these bastards so I can erase/quarantine them. Hell, I cant even delete all the Lycos shit in the Remove programs menu, it just wont go away. I had an amazing computer until this, with no problems at all since I built it almost 2 years ago. But every time the inlaws or the wife sometimes, get on it, they seem to think that you should install all the free software you can get.......cause its FREE! Please someone help me. I need some software that doen't suck for this type of problem, or I am forced to go get a new HD, cause I could always use a 7200rpm drive. Than TWO DZO's that have been in the business longer than all three of us have been skydiving? Fayard was a World Champion in the 60's, and I was not born until 72. Betty has had a DZ in FL. For longer than I have been alive. They know what they are doing and some guy with one year and 21 jumps should not be telling them they made a bad choice about how to run a DZ. Amen brother.
