Assuming you're in the USA will your 522 be banned or is it only centre fire 'assault weapons'? When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Ben Swann Destroys Piers Morgan's Anti-Gun Argument
Skyrad replied to regulator's topic in Speakers Corner
While I agree that Morgan is a twat for a program debunking false figures you'd have thought that they might at least got the fact that guns are not banned in the UK. They are controlled but there is in fact 1,801,540 firearms legally owned in the UK (2011 figures so its even higher by now). http://tinyurl.com/aazj2g8 http://www.guardian.co.uk/news/datablog/2011/mar/25/gun-ownership-firearms-certificates#data When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Fot some reason I can't see the video which is a pity as I'd like to watch it. Now I'm not for a ban but: Seriously? I found this on You Tube, is it the same video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhkSmniM_O4 Thats a really interesting video, I wonder what the difference is in what is classed as violent crime between the USA and the UK? Are there crimes that are not included in the USA that are in the UK? Also has there been changes in what is included in the USA violent crime figures which would account for the 50% reduction in violent crime? But I like the main thrust of his argument and the bottom line is why take AR15s away from law abiding middle class Americans when the killing is being done by gang bangers with handguns? Then do not do the interview; it really is very easy to say No. I caught Q.T. on Charlie Rose a week or so ago; that made me decide to skip his movie. What a dufus. JerryBaumchen I agree, I loved Pulp Fiction, it was brilliant but since then his work has been steadily sliding down the pan. According to Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz head of the IDF. http://tinyurl.com/cuxzh76 More and more Israeli defence and intelligence bosses think Netanyahu is untrustworthy on Iran. http://tinyurl.com/c4hc3le Yuval Diskin former head of Shin said of Netanyahu and Barak only two days after Gen Benny Gantz's statement "I have observed them from up close … They are not people who I, on a personal level, trust to lead Israel to an event on that scale and carry it off … They tell the public that if Israel acts, Iran won't have a nuclear bomb. This is misleading. Actually, many experts say that an Israeli attack would accelerate the Iranian nuclear race." Eduh Olmet recently said to hawkish US Likudniks that “As a concerned Israeli citizen who lives in the state of Israel with his family and all of his children and grandchildren,” he said, “I love very much the courage of those who live 10,000 miles away from the state of Israel and are ready that we will make every possible mistake that will cost lives of Israelis.” http://tinyurl.com/apoqdsl Surely they have a point, lets hope the USA doesn't get pushed into supporting a war which will be a disaster for everyone involved.
