Well, i have a problem......seems my once nice arch has turned sloppy and all weird......You see i learn quickly and am trained and used to doing things by repetition....now when i started jumpin IAD everything was cool...arch good, canopy control good....however now that i am doing free fall it would seem that i just can't make my mind forget to be use to my chute opening automatically apx 3 seconds after i leave the plane....and i instictivly now leave the plane...arch for 3 seconds and then reach up to check my risers....wich of course throws my body position all wonky cause i havn't opened my chute yet......i usually end up pulling in screwed up postions now and am thinking this could be getting dangerous....my last jump the pilot chute wrapped around my leg cause i was turning and head first to the ground....at least i didn't freak and simply unwrapped the pilot and carried on...anyway my question is this....Should i maybe think about doing the AFF (PFF up here) program to work on my freefall.....my canopy control is great and out of 12 jumps i've only NOT landed on my feet once, hence no problem there time to work on this freefall thing....... so what you think....stick with what i'm doing or AFF(PFF)? I'm not sure about jp-8....i'm in the canadaian navy....we use jp5 to fly our birds...dosn't really matter though it's all just kerosene(sp) with a fancy name. "I'm scared sarge"......................................... "we're all scared son"

First off the "msconfig" works good as long as you know what your doing.......the easier example would be to look in the program that you want to stop from running at start up, most programs have an option to run at start up.....and since they want you to use the program the default setting is on run at start up. Man do i have a problem.....my cat thinks it's a dog or something.....it plays fetch...well i shouldn't say plays..it's obsessed with it...like a damn skydiver wanting to jump this thing will not leave me alone....In fact right now i have a kitten digging her claws into my leg and meowing her head off for me to throw a piece of foil form a cigarette pack for her...she likes metal for some reason.....anyway she won't leave me alone....i can't even sleep without waking up face to face with her meowing and waiting for me to throw a quarter or something else she has dug up for me to throw.....whats wrong with her????? enclosed is a picture of the little culprit.....

22 is not too old.....hell 30 isn't even to old....well..........anyway...I was 22 when i joined the NAVY up here in Canada. Best thing i ever did. It's not for everyone but if you like it will be the most rewarding time of your life. I don't know about the states but i just found out that the military up here will pay 75% of my costs for skydiving. I'm so excited i think i am going to go jump out of a plane.... I wear Oakley twenties.....And on the warranty front.....I accidently drove my Mustang over them a week ago.....it was ugly it was 5:30 in the morning and i was down $200 (canadian) allready....and i hadn't even left home... but alas oakley said they will replace the frame for me....the lenses were fine...all i have to do is send the whole mess in to them and presto change"O" i get new frames.....OAKLEY you dudes rock.... My ship raises a lot of money all the time for good causes.....I'll see what i can do...we're a Canadian warship and usually raise money for charity events here at home...but i'll see what i can do.

I like your views dude.....the 3 date rule is a well known fact hell when i was 21 it was usually a 3 min rule.. Also here is a good way to find out just what kind of girl you are with......I used it all the time. The first time you pick her up (assuming you have a car......because if ya don't your probablly not on a dtae to begin with) Open her door first for her...this will make you seem like a kind and gentle person without the need of looking pathetic....then as you walk around to your side of the car I.E driver's side you should expect that you will arrive to find your door unlocked....because if you opened her door and she didn't have to forethought to reach over and open yours.....she is only looking out for herself...carry on with the date...nail her...but for god's sake don't DATE her! hohoanuaki I'll be in Hawaii (in pearl city) around the first week of OCT. Also am curious as too weather or not i will be able to make a jump or not......I just started jumping a month and a half ago....hence no a licence......I should have my solo licence by then hopefully but that is a canadian licence and i'm not sure if US drop zones will accept it?? guess i'll see "Careful? hey there everyone.....I'm the new guy!I heard about this site at my new drop zone the other day and thought i would check it out. I started jumping in Halifax Canada, did 2 jumps there while i was on a course. Now i am back in B.C. I'm just coming up on my 10th jump this weekend and just did my first freefall last sunday. I'm really getting hooked fast on this whole skydiving thing......I've never had as much of a rush as I do when i leave that plane....Anyway just thought i would say hey...drop a reply....anyone out there in san diego or hawaii let me know how your drop zones are....I'm in both places a lot....
