How many Fortune 500 companies have you worked for? They call it "human resources" for a reason. That's all employees are, a resource. You guys are right I came in here and reacted to 1 post taken out of context. One reason I started my own business is I was unhappy working for a large corporation. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Wow what a crock . How many business's have you run? It is my interest to keep my good hard working employees happy and comfortable. Maybe I am just a bad entrepreneur but i believe in rewarding hard work and I think you might find many business owners feel the sqame way. And I'm sure you have good happy employees.

Everybody wants cheap ass basement level airfares so why should the service be any different?" so..............because the airlines are lowering prices to compete with each other we should expect crappy service or did I read that wrong? Your response demonstrates the problem pretty well. How much harder would it really be to NOT throw the luggage?? And how is that even relevant here. People were hired to handle Bags. Shouldn't they at least make an effort to do so without throwing those bags around carelessly?? People just dont care anymore about doing a good job.. But of course they have a union to protect them so there is nothing the airlines can really do about it anyway. I absolutely refuse to check bags now. Watch any plane being loaded or unloaded for more than a couple minutes and it becomes crystal clear why that is. thank you for saying what I was trying to say but so much better You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

6 of us from Z-Hills jumped into Sparlkebration the Pasco County 4th of July festival. I do not know how many years this has been going on but this is my 3rd time jumping in there. We had great ground support, wind indicators and a good size landing area. I got to jump the flag this time Bill had streamers and everyone had nice stand up landings. We had some weather issues early in the day but it cleared up for the jump. Looking forward to next year.

I am embarrassed to admit I had to google Zorbing. It looks awesome!!!! Have a blast.
