Its funny you asked that, I will be going to Z-hills 13.12.02-04.01.03 ill start in the windtunnel from 15-17 des in airspeed skill camp and the its back z-hills, I will end the trip in Sebastian 06.01.03-12.01.0 best regards from Iceland...... Hi BPO, its just not the same setup,as it is in the s.fatalities page it starts with date it happend,then where it happened, info on jumpers skydiving career, type of jump, what gear and equipment,loading of canopy if the accident whas in relation with canopy contol and then you get what went wrong and most important what could have been done diffirently if there was anything that could have change the outcome. All these informations can give many people some assistance in understanding many bad sitiations, both sitiations they have heard and learned about and scenes they maybe never thought of.... I just feel that Barry did a great job making those pages and I myself learned alot from them, but of course i understand its a matter of having sparetime, it must take alot of time gathering all that info and analyzing it. ...Safe landings .....Hallur

Im wondering about the www.skydivingfatalities.com, i used to read it but it hasnt been updated in while. The last fatality on the pageis, non US is in june and in US its dated in may, ive heard about death since then so I was wondering..Is there another site like it or will it get going again. There is alot to learn from many mistakes in the sport but if we dont hear about them we cant learn from them. .....blue skies and black death....Hallur When I stop skydiving is the day that I die!!! When should AFF instructor turn away from student

AFF instructors should only follow down to 2000 feet after that the student is on his own, if the instructor cant reach down to the student in time you dont want the student to see the Instructor and just wait for a rescue, I read this about 2 weeks ago and dont seem to find it right now, It would be best if we someone with AFF rating to comment. .........Hallur ive edited my error on the altidude When I stop skydiving is the day that I die!!! I will say it like this, a whole lot of people have said they are going to do it but very few have come. Hell! one guy I know even bought a rig I had but I havent seen him for a while Hallur When I stop skydiving is the day that I die!!! Hallur

Hope you feel better soon, when I feel bad I jump alot. You dont have him holding you back anymore so you cuold maybe take on a skydiving trip.

Have a coach or an Instructor help you on the ground by putting the right pressure on your legs while you practice the right body postion. If your not gently pushing against the air with your legs when you fly then you can loose your legs up like that, blue skies ...Hallur

The lowest is in an demo jump I once made in Reykjavik and me and another highly experienced jumper both had smoke in freefall and flying close to one and other, and then another jumper was supposed to dock me, well we lost altidude awearness, first the one with no smoke pulled at 2000, then came my buddy with smoke at 1500 and my self at around 1200-1300. It was a long frefall from only 5000 fet. I have also pulled a reserve at 1000 after a total malfunction. When I stop skydiving is the day that I die!!! Hallur
