yep...i'll be working still...although we have these monitors in the hallways that usually televise things like this. we'll all probably crowd around and watch. it's a good excuse to take a break...and the bosses usually approve.

i saw it about a year ago and loved it...parts of it were completely hysterical, while other parts really made you think. i had several male friends who enjoyed it as well...

the ab exercises will make a HUGE difference. i used to do a lot of stomach strength stuff and my back was OK...lately i have been slacking and having tons of back pain. i know it is because i've lost stomach muscle...time for me to get back in the gym too!!!
