  1. This, here, is a really silly question. Half of everybody is on Reddit, the other half is someone who told us to "look what happened on Reddit." lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  2. The basic premise works on all things in life. Your companions determine where/what you will be in the future. Hang out with successful types (your criteria) and the odds are higher that you will be successful. Hang out with losers (again, pick your criteria), and you'll become a loser, too. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  7. I love the pilot's eyes when he see it. Real big, real fast. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  8. Fatherhood does not equate to getting your dick wet for a minute once upon a time. Fatherhood equates to exactly that. Daddyhood does not. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  10. Where are you? I don't want to think my Luck done run out. Just because you went to the Keys and fell in LOVE doesn't mean you can not keep us entertained. You still have certain OBLIGATIONS. Sheesh. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  11. Concrete Rebound Hammer does not meet the Longmont City Sound Abatement Regulations. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  12. I've always thought that the blue lights they use now are about the prettiest color I've ever seen. The hue, or tone or however color is described is just mesmerizing. Especially when they're behind some one else. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  13. And then back into the salt. And then tarred and feathered. Can anyone give me a lighter? ……… lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  14. I forgot to mention R&Rs. Rum and Root Beer. Sound totally weird, but it's surprisingly good. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  15. I never heard of it till about a week ago. ROOT BEER FLOATS, ANYONE? !!!!!!!!!!!!!! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  16. The difference is these people were old. Their hearing was probably not what yours is. Too bad, Jerry Baumchen PS) I'm on my 3rd car with keyless & would prefer to have a keyed ignition; but then I'm old also. Hmmmmmm Actually my hearing is sucky, according to everybody. When they tell me that, I look at them like this: and say "what?". Personally, I like never having to take a key out of pocket or purse. I like it so much that ten years ago I put keypads on the doors of the house, so I never have to touch a key. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  17. Wow! If the car is so quiet that you can't even hear that it's still running when it's in the garage, then that's the problem. I've got over 300,000 miles on cars w/keyless ignition and never had a problem telling if the car is on or off, but then again, my cars are LOUD! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9

  19. That guy was being a total asshat (and didn't have the power in that rental to remotely make the moves safe, even if he thought he could ignore the legality), he could have taken out any number of people, just in that video alone. The bicyclist probably thought he was a goner. I'm glad nothing happened to you or any of the others. Just curious, but what charges could he apply at this point, beyond passing illegally, that would escalate it to a mandated court appearance? Reckless driving? Something more? lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  20. Concrete rebound hammer doesn't wait for the thunder before it strikes. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  21. Makes you wonder about people. Just what did he expect would happen? lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  22. That was one lucky guy! lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  23. Something to consider; family often finds the incident thread. It's not a matter of "butt hurt" for them. We can't expect them to maintain the same grim sense of humor that allows skydivers to continue jumping in the face of obvious risk and acceptance that it could be a friend or oneself on any given jump. On an open forum, we should keep in mind that we aren't always just talking amongst ourselves. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
  24. You aren't exaggerating. A few years ago, the subject of inappropriate sig lines came up, and the wish to turn them off for a single post. The settings don't allow for this, but I suggested (for those whose sig lines are inappropriate for the incident forum) that they end the post with remove the spaces [#eeefff] just for example purposes, don't use the other end of the code . It doesn't really get rid of the sig line, but it does make it almost impossible to see. Tilt your monitor back to see what I did, or highlight it. You can see what I did if you quote me and look. As long as your signature doesn't contain other code, it will essentially disappear. As far as I know, there isn't any way to remove an avatar, or change it temporarily. lisa WSCR 594 FB 1023 CBDB 9
