Aloha! So I'm sitting here at work waiting for our last airplane to get in from Kauai and what comes on the radio? Tom Petty's "freefallin" And tomorrow night I'm leaving on a jet plane to come home to visit family and friends in socal. I just can't help it...this life is awesome. I'm going to freefall out into nothing...going to leave this world for awhile!!! hehehe yay...I love life

hmmm funny you should say 100th naked. I made my first naked skydive on my 100th jump at the Malindi Boogie in Africa. When I came back to the states and shared I had alot of people say they have never heard of that. Needless to say that over the years to follow I made it a tradition about every 5-10 jumps to go naked...lol it's alot of fun...you may become a low drag jumper permantely... Have fun and by all means...take pics!

well when you're inside it sneaks up on you, but I make time to go outside and run on the ramp with the planes...or I chuck erasers at my coworkers, it makes me laugh.. Oh there's also the freedom of the radio... I make some interesting calls to our pilots

well I am bored as well at work...in HAWAII..ouch I had to say that. I don't gamble, and I didn't have a date last night I found my rear right tire to be flat and didn't get home until 12:30

It's so difficult to pick a favorite, there are so many jumps, so many sunsets, the clouds, the way how your soul is naked in the sky out there for the whole world to see. God...I've had jumps where we pull at altitude on sunset and just play in the heavens...with the plane playing with us in the sky. I think out of all my jumps, the best was the day I got my wings, I just received my private pilot's license. Which happened to be the anniverssary of my father's death, who was a pilot. Out of all the years that I was a jumper, whenever my dad's anniverssary came up I was weathered out or uncurrent...and never jumped. But this day, was the 10 year anniverssary and my brother called me on my cell from Perris and told me to hurry he was getting on the next load. Driving and crying with every emotion possible I finally got to Perris and did a two way with my brother out of Papa Victor. The plane my father was in was Papa Victor. As fate had it I was meant to jump that day with my brother...under canopy I yelled "I love you Dad" and side by side we both landed. The otter did a flyby in memory and then we toasted some beers. What a day...

Let my currancy lapse (again!) hmmm what else, oh I was staying in the plane to fly but now it's definitley time for a reunion tour! somethings in life are meant to come full circle

ALOHA! My goodness it is true...I am going to plan a short stay in California to see family and friends... And better yet JUMP!!! After speaking with my brother (who jumps too) we're both planning on jumping on the 22nd together over at Perris. Will be jumping there all day and into the night drinking at the Bombshelter in memory of our father Rowland, who passed away 13 years in the plane he piloted over at Perris. If anyone wants to make it out for any special jumps, it would mean the world to me. I'll be over at Elsinore as well...I swear I'll behave I can not wait to taste the air that made me fall in love with flying!!!!

When speaking with my coworkers I was bright eyed in desribing old warbirds my Skydive Elsinore otter and how she looks at sunset with the Ortegas in the background... I love fly-bys Wait a minute...if I said I love fly-bys I wouldn't be in this mess What I said is I am a "flyby whore" The boys laughed and then I realize what I said I think I need to jump out of a plane

lol damn I have done alot of those... Ah I love life!!! Can not wait to be drinking my margarita on my front porch swing watching the sunset when I am 85 still laughing about things like this...
