Agreed. I know very few people who don't own stocks or have some sort of retirement fund. I have been in some of those Social services offices (Not for myself, I have an irresponsible sister) and all I see are a bunch of fat people and fat kids. I don't get the black hole stuff. I'm ignorant in physics, but I always thought of a black hole as a huge mass that collapsed (3+ solar mass Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff limit?) because of gravity exceeding forces that would have prevented electron degereration at a rate that the collapse became infinite.
