    Um, do you know him? Or are you judging him based on some random TV program edited for effect? I do know Miles. I think he's a heck of a guy. Friendly, open, caring, always willing to help out. What's your experience been with him? no i dont know him, but thats why i said see my other post. I get the impression he is one of "those guys" you know the ones who start extreme sports to get attention to overcome an isecurity. I merely said I wouldn't want to jump with him. I never said anything about his character. Although he demonstrates a lot of skill, he seems way too goofy and like he is TRYING WAAAY too hard.

    I pretty inexperienced being a student myself. but i can still tell that a few things "aren't right" this Miles dude makes me nervous. I would never want to jump with him. He seems insecure.

    ok, im posting this in all the forums but: do any of you know Miles Daisher? I really think he's got some problems.

    My experience is that the cool thing about skydiving is that you will be having SO much fun and you will be concentrating on doing what you have to do to have a safe skydive-you will not have time to notice the fear. I am afraid of heights but everything else far overshadows any fear except the good fear which keeps you safe. not sure if any of this is making sense.... but anyway, do a tandem, you'll probably love it

    alright guys, does anyone here know this Miles Daisher? Anyone jumped with him? He really seems like he's got some problems. He isnt really scoring points for our sport on tv.

    all of the above plus just remember that no matter how much you prepare before hand, you can never be completely ready for the experience. Just trust in yourself no matter what and you will learn what you dont know and you will do what you dont think you can do.

    Hey I've been reading the site for a couple weeks now and decided to join up. I used to jump about 3 years ago but am on hiatus do to money and time constraints. As soon as I find a new home DZ I think I'll try to get in the air again. anyway, just wanted to say hi

    Ok I'm working on a flash intro for a site and I'm going to be using various Logos in the intro for canopies, containers etc, However, so far I've been totally unsuccessful at finding even remotely what I'm looking for. Anyone know where I could find 'em or maybe have some? Dont worry about the size either I'll resize it once I find it. But any help is appreciated. Peace and Blue Skies, G.Q.
