    I have to make them Friday at work for a party we are having. I have thrown stuff together on drunken nights with my friends, but I need a guaranteed recipe for the work party. Anyone? Bueller?

    My father just passed away from termimal illness. In the last few months he lost his ability to take care of himself. When he grew so ill we knew there was no hope, we brought him home and took care of him through the very last breath. I have a very large, suportive family. We took turns and covered for each other so a minute didn't go by that my father didn't have a family member by his side. It was very difficult and at times I had to call in a home nurse to assist in medical needs outside of my ability. But I would never have accepted less for the man that took unconditional care of me for 28 years.

    That was so incredibly uncool. I'm pretty sure they were banned from Orange, and if not they should be. How totally disrespectful. ANYWAY... I am on staff at Orange, but I will tell you anyway, that Orange is a super cool place all together. The people, the plane, the facilities, and everything else totally rock. I have been there for just over a year and love it. You should definately try them all, as I'm sure you will find one that really suits you. When you show up at Orange, make sure you say hi and bring your beer for you first jumps at the coolest dz ever.

    No jumpin. After 3 months, we finally got to give my father a proper burial. It was a very nice service in Harbor Springs, Michigan. The whole family was there and it brought a lot of well needed closure. I also got to check out my brother's new experimental plane he is building. He already has about 900 hours of work into it. Can't wait to jump it!

    I have only known Terry for a short time, but had the pleasure to hang out with him and jump with him a bit in the past few months. In fact, I just made a really fun jump with him a few weeks ago. He liked to join me on tandems when I was shooting video, sharing in the moment when someone made that special first jump. I will always have very fond memories him. I too can't believe it. Last time I saw him and jumped with him he was happy as can be; active, healthy, and all cares to the breeze. I will try to post the video of our last jump together some time soon. It's got a nice landing shot of him with a high five, full of life. My condolences to his friends and family. It's never easy. Eternal blue skies, Terry. You will be truely missed. Edit to add a few frames grabbed from the video of our last jump. Will try to get a hold of the actual stills. Think the tandem student is about to start AFF.
