Made by a company called Thursday Plantation. Buy them at the Vitamine Shoppe or other health food/supplement type places. Not sure what other kind they have. A skydiver introduced me to them the first time I tried to quit smoking. They really really rock.

I quit smoking four days ago. On father's day. Because my father recently died of lung cancer. And a very supportive, very cool chick reminded me that that is my number one reason to keep on quitting. Okay? My disclaimer was because there is nothing worse in this world than quitting nicotine.

It's actually in a toothpick/chewing stick. It's really strong flavor, so strong it gets into your lungs when you inhale and chew. It's freakin great for quitting smoking. Freshens your breath too. Oh, my lonely lungs!

no trees at all there. but you are right on the rules of the road. although i figured i was okay since there are joggers going both ways in that section of sidewalk. oh, well. Wow... nic fits are funny. I just went litterally crazy for about 10 minutes. Room was spinning, skin was crawling, gritting my teeth, sweating. What a trirp. Glad it's over.

Holy sh*t man. I get these nic fits from hell and I honestly can't think of one reason why I'm quitting while they are happening. This one might have been the worst yet. I seriously feel like I'm having a seizure or something. Bugs crawling under my skin. If ANYONE out there who is not a smoker even THINKS about trying it.... remember what I'm going through right now. IT SUCKS!

True dat! I don't jaywalk (often) - I'm not a complete angel, but I hear yah. In this case however, there was a sidewalk - no light, no crosswalk, no nothing. I looked for traffic. The guy did not have his blinker on. I thought it was safe so I kept going. I was also already crossing when he turned in front of me. But I see your point. Not to mention, drivers should be pretty heads up. This was right near a major bike path, and there are tons of joggers and bikers everywhere that time of morning. Damn! That must have sucked getting hit!

How is that ironic? I'm a pedestrian on a sidewalk listening to music. I am not driving a potential dangerous weapon with my hands occupied by a phone. My hands are free, I'm aware of my surroundings, and I'm not putting anyone in danger. Now where's the irony please? (WARNING: Don't mess with me on day 4 damnit! )
