    It's easy to say what you should do... sit on the ground till you are better.... but much harder to actually do that. I'd say heal up, but I didn't take my own advice. I had a hard opening two years ago that screwed up my neck and spine pretty good. I was jumping right away. Took no time off at all. I was back at the chiropractor yesterday trying to get rid of the pinching pains in my upper back. So... if you are injured, stay on the ground as long as you can.

    That's terrible. What shocking and disgusting behavior... and from a skychick??? What's up with that???? Rosa, sweetie, blow it off. That was obviously a very unstable, insecure individual. I guess jealousy does some wicked things sometimes. Seriously, though, that is shocking. I've never seen that kind of aggression within this community.

    ;0;0 this weekend was the First Annual Big Green Booger Boogie at Tecumseh... nothin but rain overhead, so we just drank our asses off instead of jumpin our asses off. it was fun. first time with the spins in years... does that mean i owe beer??
